PROS: Qobrix is extremely flexible and allows our IT team to implement business logic in record time. Every aspect of the application can be customised and the Vendor is constantly adding new functionality and features. However, the source code is also shipped with the product and this has allowed our in-house Developers to deliver exactly what we need from the platform, with expert guidance and support from the Vendor.
CONS: Customisation is easy, but to realise the application's true potential it helps to have an in-house PHP Developer, (although the Vendor also provides very reasonably priced custom development on request).

PROS: Qobrix software has benefited our business in several ways in terms of improving efficiencies and pipeline management. Some of the best aspects of the product are its Projects module which enables us to group properties into projects, for e.g., investment opportunities, e-auction properties, etc.; and the Portal integration with Spitogatos and XE allowing us to publish and unpublish properties quickly and easily. We also use Qobrix as a very intuitive CMS to keep our website, which they designed updated.
CONS: The integration with our existing business processes took a little longer than the initial prediction, due to our extensive property portfolio.
