I really like how it texts students when they have been called to our front counter and the ease in which we can update the message that gets sent to students.
I am not sure if this is a qminder thing, but when our staff has tried to call students to our front counter it will make them have to input the students ID # even though the student has already done it.
It has helped in running data analysis if needed on a particualr day or week to see how many students we served.
I like that we can sign customers in via a tablet or directly from the computer when they visit our office.
There are no dislikes to Qminder, I love this product!

The product is having a good structure of seing data. Also, the software is very good when tracking history of services provided to customers.

The product is helping me by providing me a good queue management tool on a daily basis. Providing a simplified way to analyze data, helping to keep track of customers even after months/years from the original date of login. Accurate, always provide the automatic messages to our customers just in time.

It displays the students in an orderly fashion and has a section for your own visitors to avoid confusion
sometimes you can accident remove a persons name if you double click to fast

It gives me the details of the KPIs I report on every week. It gives me accurate view of clients waiting and those being assisted. I have access to categories my LOBs making reporting and performance measuring very easy.
