Natural language processing capabilities are absolutely leading edge. This is important, I think, because people like to express themselves in free text, not juts confined to ticking boxes.

We are growing fast and need to keep our highly skilled teams across Europe motivated and engaged. Qlearsite and their novel approach to employee engagement enable us to monitor the big picture, from an organisational culture perspective, whilst diving in "forensically" into specific areas when needed.

Simply put, we have gained a much better understanding of our organisation's culture, and continued monitoring enables us to keep growing rapidly without loosing our momentum.

By giving insight as to what drives our organisation on a department level, it is helping us work on the issues at hand in each department. It is also opening up communication between employees and leaders.

Theme-generator not very good. Doesn't recognize longer answers/paragraphs where several topics are mentioned in one answer. The report-builder is too rigid and should be more customizable. The UI is not looking good for the reports.

Not too many questions (but enough), super visual and getting the replies in is super smooth. Really like that there are quality ready-made surveys ready to use, with buildt in capabilities in the system for automated follow-up emails. After sending it out it's really all done for you.

There are a few different ready made survey options, so for me i would have liked a "start with this one". But if you want more control I'd say this is a good thing.

Employee surveys and sharing the results from the surveys and measuring the impact of adjustments made. Normally something I would do yearly, but now I am doing another for the end of the quarter because it's an effective way to see if we need to do a course adjustment and if the impact of changes made are as anticipated.

The people at Qlearsite are always helpful, and keen to work with us to resolve queries and issues, and keep us included on the development journey. No frame of reference with other companies offering the same, so no comment there.

Little to comment in this area; there have been issues in the past, but Qlearsite always keen to work with us to resolve.

The Qlearsite product is helping us to identify the areas across the Group that staff feel needs addressing, or where things are being done well, so can be replicated elsewhere. Our annual engagement survey (provided by Qlearsite) is not the sole feedback mechanism we use, but it can draw out views from staff that aren't aired elsewhere, or it can also re-inforce messages received via other channels. This ensures we are focussing on the areas that matter most to both business and it's employees.

Qlearsite has the most powerful text analytics capabilities that I have seen in 25 years of doing employee engagement surveys around the world.

There was a bit of a learning curve to understanding how to navigate and use their portal.
