Very easy to use, it is my daily go-to app to save and organize all my links
It makes it so easy to restart my computer as I can save all the open links within Qlearly in a board of my choice with one click on the save button.
I can easily find a link I am searching for as all links are organized in different boards and columns within boards.
I can easily share a bunch of links by creating a public sharable link for a board.
When I click on a link it automatically opens in a new tab.
They keep working on improving Qlearly, recently they have launched Qlearly 4.0 which has increased speed and sync functionality across devices.
Can share the boards with your team members, which is such a time saver.
Can easily create backup within Qlearly of all updated bookmarks with one click.
They have mobile apps on roadmaps which will further help in keeping track of all links on the go.
For the recent Qlearly 4.0 update when I click on the new tab it overrides my default homepage and opens Qlearly, they need to bring this option back as I would like to have a default homepage of my choice.
The public board, when shared via a link, expires after some days but it is not mentioned till when the public sharing link will work, I hope they clarify this and if possible bring functionality to choose for how much period one wants to make a board public for sharing.
Helps save and keep all my links organized and easily share them when required.
Qlearly is incredibly simple but so effective. All of my bookmarks are organized by task/project, and they're at my fingertips as soon as I open a tab. It's like having my own command center for daily work and special projects. The ability to have multiple boards and save all my open tabs is huge. I'll never need another app to save my tabs or the RAM that Chrome hogs.
There's nothing to dislike but I'd love to see Qlearly gain some refinements. The boards as is are fairly simple but with some visual tweaks could be even better. Adding things like section dividers inside of columns would be a huge start. I also have a few columns with only a few bookmars, having half-size (vertically) or third-size columns would be huge to save horizontal space! Also, I know it's not Qlearly's fault, but a Safari extension would be amazing.
Qlearly is great on my own to keep all of my essential links on hand. If I'm working on a project and will need a set of sites open, they're all right there. It's also great in teams to share a board of links that we'll all need.
I can easily organize my visited pages, sort them in the most convenient way to be able to locate my bookmarks faster, have full control over them, put them in columns according to the type and change them simply by dragging. It's amazing.
It is very easy to install and also provides a free account to host the configuration thus always supporting our bookmarks in case of an eventual loss in our device.
It also allows synchronizing with other devices easily.
If we already have bookmarks saved in our browser, there is no problem, importing them is very easy, either from a file or from the same browser that we are using.
The free version only allows 15 boards, but it is still enough, Maybe the way to install is not very friendly but it is well explained on the website.
I don't find other inconveniences.
If what you are looking for is to organize bookmarks effectively, this is the free option that you find best.
I visit many sites continuously because of my work, many are of daily resources and saving the bookmarks in the traditional way with my browser I could not find them quickly again, so I decided to write again in the search engine, something very impractical. Thanks to Qlearly I have been able to organize and have everything to my liking in a few clicks, making my work more fluid and without wasting so much time.
I can choose headings that make sense to me and add bookmarks to those groups. Handy for when I need to find a link quickly that I can't remember.
I can't think of anything I dislike about it.
Makes me more productive
Being able to see bookmarks organized by columns is amazing. They're already expanded so it only takes a quick glance to find what I'm looking for.
It can take a little while to figure out how everything works but it's worth it.
I do a lot of research on specific topics and Google Chrome bookmark manager was not useful or easy to navigate like Qlearly. Qlearly actually helps you organize topics and subtopics. For example, Genealogy is one topic and each surname being researched is another subtopic. Qlearly really helps keep things visual organized at a glance.
I like to concept and the ability to oraganize and catagorize all my bookmarks in different subjects and matters. Easy to use drag and drop of folders and bookmarkings.
Sometimes it works, and somethimes it doesn't. I've experience multiple errors where sometimes the chrome extension is no longer compatible or approved with the google app store. So I decided to look elsewhere for something more reliable or alternative.
I was able to share my Qlearly bookmarks to teams that I assign, so they would have easy access to everything that we are working on a project. This was game changing.

I wear many hats and have to switch contexts often, I like that it free's up my brain and at the same time, I can do more/faster.
Moving tabs from between columns opens the website (v4 is out, and I have not tested if this still happens) I have not looked into if I could do this; differently, it's my intuitive behavior, and Qlearly's behavior is not accomodating my needs in the situation.
Qlearly is my ally in my daily quest to find new products, research topics, solve problems, really anything you use the web browser for.

I have fewer tabs open than before but can quickly jump back into a quest. Currently, I am ... Qlearly is :) keeping tabs on (pun intended) over 1000 sites.
