What do you like best about QBox?

The visual representation of test results means you start to see unexpected patterns otherwise lost in excel sheets. The automatic comparison of the last test with previous tests means the user learns 'what works' much quicker, you get a better grip on the continuous optimization process. Then there are dozens of other features that all tie into one process. All in all, the tool supercharges your iterative process towards an NLP model with high matching accuracy, high robustness, and high transparency for you and stakeholders.

What do you dislike about QBox?

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about this tool.

What problems is QBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've solved the problem of having an unclear, inefficient work process when trying to improve the accuracy of NLP models. Benefits realized: A higher ceiling of accuracy, quicker iteration cycles toward that ceiling, less time spent per cycle, easier to inform stakeholders of progress, more clarity, and grip on the NLP model and work-processes related to this.

What do you like best about QBox?

The speed at which you can identify ab issue, find and then implement its remedy all in seconds across all major NLP providers

What do you dislike about QBox?

There isn't anything I dislike about the product - its well engineering and well-positioned in the market place

Recommendations to others considering QBox:

If you suffer from these problems, you need QBox:

-you spend hours trying to diagnose where the problems are

-your CX/Support/Sales team are spending too much time answering the same queries

-you don't know what the solution is to fix your bot

-you want to move from a Tx style format to a conversational style format

Also, if you use QBox, you will be in the same class as many other top-quality businesses already using the tool - just look at the logos!

I have identified where my chatbot was going wrong but also it gives me the ability to understand how best to scale given we are moving a lot of queries online to create a superior CX for our customers
