Being able to stay on top of who is taking the extra steps on other teams is fantastic. It helps those of us who are remote see that the culture we believe in is something others feel is important as well. Where being in an office always gave great opportunities for recognition Qarrot is an exceptionally impactful way for the new remote workforce to be noticed for great work!

The only downside I can notice about Qarrot is that we really don't know how to use Qarrot points well enough. I have heard that you would need a significant amount of them to spend on something impactful, but I don't believe this is an actual downside, as the recognition alone is what we look forward to on my team.

Recognizing remote workers who don't usually have face time with their colleagues. In the past, when we all worked in offices, it was easy to be seen and rewarded for a great job. Nowadays, it is more difficult with many members not even in the same time zone as each other. This tool is helping us bridge that gap.

I enjoy having the ability to recognize my coworkers for outstanding work! I also enjoy being recognized and earning points. Really creates a great culture among coworkers!

No major complaints as of yet. I have been using Qarrot for 7 months. Sometimes Im too busy to log on and send recognition with my allotted monthly points by the end of the month.

Having Qarrot allows my coworkers to recognize one another and aligns with the company culture. It makes it easy to thank a coworker for going above and beyond their responsibilities.

Qarrot is easy and intuitive for users to navigate, and it provides so many new incentive opportunities for employees to provide to their customers. It increases staff productivity and encourages staff to congratulate their peers as well.

Sometimes it takes a while for things to load in properly and I have to restart the app a couple of times for my points to update, but aside from that it's smooth sailing!

Qarrot has provided so many new ways and opportunities for our company to reward hard work. Qarrot has now replaced the yearly bonus, and is giving employees much larger rewards than they would ever have received come new year.

I love that my coworkers and I can support each other positively. It's always a nice surprise receiving a shoutout on Qarrot.

Absolutely nothing! It's such an amazing app!

My job signed us up. Most helpful is being able to recognize and be recognized. I appreciate all the different gift card options available. Others, have one or two options.

I love that I am able to give acknowledgements to my coworkers and boss so that they can choose what type of reward they would like for their incentive!
