We no longer have to sit and make manual reports. These reports are readily available on the platform and can be downloaded very easily. It has saved us alot of time and resources.

One of the best features I have ever seen on an equity management platform is Qapita’s addition of the Equity Pay Slip. This has allowed our employees to automatically receive their equity pay slip just like their salary pay slip. Even the dahsboard is very comprehensive and has make things very easy for us!

The best thing about Qapita is how easy it has made communication with employees for us- our employees are able to get regular updates, whenever they would like, on a single platform. It has helped us align out values with our employees, retain our top talent and overall, just feel more connected to them.

Qapita solves the ESOP complexities. It ensures transparent communication with our employees which helps them understand their equity easily. One of the key things they solved for us is the Esops management for our overseas employees as well.

It helps in managing the cap tables well. Gives overall view on transactions with respect to each class of shares, whether primary or secondary.

I love that it gives everyone, including employees, more visibility and clarity on their equity in the company. It also makes auditing and investor review much easier. The reporting of captables is so much easier with Qapita and our communication with investors is much smoother now.

Nothing much to dislike really. But I'd love to have more content by Qapita that can help me navigate the platform better and understand the jargon, for someone who's not from a finance background.

Yet to find a feature I do not like on this platform

Using spreadsheets to keep records was becoming incredibly tiresome and demanded extensive hours of work. Fortunately, we discovered Qapita, a platform that simplifies the entire process. Now, we can access all our precise and up-to-date information in one place. This has not only saved us numerous hours of work but also enables us to effectively communicate with our employees regarding their ESOPs and other essential documents.

What I like best about Qapita is that it has made understanding cap tables easier with comprehensive reporting. I can run different scenarios and get an idea about how it will impact the future. The platform is easy to navigate, and if I’m stuck at any point, I can reach out to their customer support.
