Ease of Use, Reliable Remote Access, Comprehensive Monitoring Capabilities, Excellent Mobile Application
Limited Third-Party Integrations, Occasional Connectivity Issues, Limited Cross-Platform Support, Slow Customer Support Response
Pulseway is a remote monitoring and management (RMM) tool praised for its user-friendliness and ease of use, particularly for small to medium businesses (SMBs). Users appreciate its intuitive interface, powerful mobile app, and ability to automate tasks and push updates. A frequent highlight is Pulseway's cost-effectiveness compared to competitors. However, some users note limitations in cross-platform support, particularly for Mac and Linux systems. Additionally, concerns about slow support response times and occasionally pushy sales tactics have been raised. Overall, Pulseway is a solid choice for SMBs seeking a streamlined RMM solution with a focus on Windows systems, but potential users should be aware of these limitations.

I have been using Pulseway for more than 5 years. It has improved tremendously in that time. The smartphone app is absolutely perfect. This will make it easier to help clients when I am not at the PC. The web interface is still being improved. Simple deployment even in large sites...I've tried several similar systems, but Pulseway is clearly the best.
Come to think of it, I don't know of anything I don't like about Pulseway
saves time when responding to client problems. Thanks to various settings, problems can be managed earlier than the client. All this improves my image in the eyes of the client
Ease of setup, good and active community, good and extensive features, and pleasing UI. The ability to remotely execute PowerShell has proven useful when one of our servers were unresponsive using our traditional remote control tool.
can hardly complain about anything, we just need to look at stats and warnings about our servers, and use a bit of powershell.
Having an overview of resources utilized by servers, as well as securing us against ransomware attacks.
I've been using Pulseway for about 10 years in various environments. Originally, I used it for remote server monitoring and alerts. In recent years I've also branched out into monitoring workstations as well to help with support and OS/3rd Party Patch Management.
It's always reliable, super easy to install/setup/deploy and the interface and UX is fantastic.
I would like to see some more "on the fly" quick reporting (as available with LanSweeper for example). Getting a quick overview of machines missing AV or using out of date software.
Our main focus for Pulseway on servers is for alerts and monitoring. For our workstations, it provides 3rd Party and OS patch management which comes in at a great price compared to competitors.
I love their pricing. Instead of committing to fixed numbers of endpoints where I either have too many or not enough, I can purchase precisely how many I need. I also love the contact from and accessibility to support when needed.
The mandatory onboarding. It's not necessarily bad, but I could see it being offputting for others when they initially see it on their first invoice. Perhaps they could offer it as a separate service.
Working at a small company, I am responsible for maintaining and upkeep all of our systems. Pulseway acts as a force multiplier, giving me a bird's eye view of the current state of all of our systems and allowing me to do more in less time.
The visibility and detail it gives me over our entire environment are exceptional. I enjoy the detailed view I can go into for each machine with just the click of a button. The mobile application is also straightforward to use and powerful.
The only fault I can find with Pulseway is moving machines from containers in the admin interface. It isn't easy to see what needs to be done and how to do it, and it could be a little more user-friendly.
Visibility and notifications for our environment. Pulseway gives me complete visibility of everything you would need to see on your servers and user machines and even has a remote function built in for effortless connection to devices.
Ease of use and very intuitive interface
Lack of features for MacOS and Linux endpoints
Management of endpoints that are outside of our network.
Easy to use, very affordable for what it does. Simple to use and very easy to deploy.
Some patching titles are missing but custom titles do work.
Remoting into systems from anywhere is a game changer, especially with the mobile app.
Ease of use, step by step process superb
Nothing so far, great product no bugs at
This is the best RMM software that is best suited for our needs.
Keeping all systems up to date
The customer response time is really good, and they are always willing to help - and if they are unable to, they will escalate it to the correct people. Also have some of the most reliable products I have used.
Although they are working towards the integration with BitDefender's anti-virus portal, there is currently some key features missing, but I know these are to come!
We are currently using their RMM for our servers and computers, and networking equipment. This has saved us time and resources, as we can catch issues before they are a problem!
