I love how intuitive it is. It's brilliantly designed to build complex automations with easy tools anyone can learn to use, and its power is in its simplicity. The team at Pulse are also amazing, and are always willing to help and go way above and beyond to make sure all of their clients have a top-tier experience with their product. They understand it's overwhelming at first, and really guide you through every single step needed to build your account in a way that serves and betters your comapny. Absolutely nothing. Everything about it is wonderful, and I recommend it to everyone who needs a simple but powerful CRM.

We wanted to automate everything with Pulse to help our company's processes run much more smoothly. It will be an insane time-saver, and will also ensure we keep everything on track.

What I like best about Pulse is that you have 3 (at least) separate automation systems all on one platform and, of course, that means they all talk to each other seamlessly without the need for human interaction.

Honestly, the only thing I can think of is to continue expanding the interfaces and functionality. It is already amazing but, being greedy, we want more. :)

Great value, easy to use & the customer support is top-notch (unlike many of their competitors).

I run multiple companies - consulting, online education, continuity program, etc. I'm also an author and host of a radio show. I'm able to combine my entire database from all facets into one place. That's great but the real game-changer is being able to easily track interactions with project management boards. To boot, you can quickly reach out to contacts via several communication methods, all without ever leaving the platform.

It isn't an old CRM on a clunky platform like so many others. This makes it responsive, intuitive, and easy to use.

I especially like the project boards. They look similar to the Excel spreadsheets that I used to use, however they are fully integrated into the CRM and many functions can be automated.

Honestly, I would need to think about it. This CRM does most everything very well.

I have not experienced any problems with Pulse Technology. The software runs great and it is user friendly. I do not anticipate running into any issues with Pulse if I were to ever use it in the future again.

Response time is always quick and friendly.

Nothing. I've never had any issues. From simply ordering supplies to having a tech come by, it's been excellent.

Firewall, connecting new equipment, adding new programs, etc. It makes life as a office manager easier.

This app is everything i need for my business...

I use Pulse Technology for my CRM and all of its powerful tools (Email, Text, Marketing, Automation, etc). Being organized in a way where i do not have to check several platforms or applications - IT IS ALL in ONE PLACE!!!

What I like about the plus is that you have three (at least) automated systems on the same platform, which means they all communicate with humans. There is no interruption

This is an amazing thing. But choosing the right game will help keep the project going. When booting, you can quietly access your contacts in a variety of ways without having to leave a platform.

I love that everything is organized! I love the automation on our hiring and sales funnel --and the follow-up/review automation!

There is only one thing --I wish I could use it for our scheduling software and employee time tracking/gps.

I'm finally building my client list email marketing! For years I wasn't getting the information I needed to do that. If I didn't get the info it was scattered all over the place and not organized. The project boards are so valuable!

Provide 100% security for users to remotely connect to the Application or Servers. Pulse Technology makes a full proof authentication of the user with an additional personal device which makes the technology more reliable on Integrity and confidentiality.

Pulse Technology needs to be more user-friendly. When the user changes its 2nd device used for double confirmation, he faces a new set up creating further hardship.
