What do you like best about Publitas?

Publitas has an excellent service with many valuable features and a stellar support team to back it all up.

What do you dislike about Publitas?

I really can't think of anything at all. So far, I've had no issues.

What problems is Publitas solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can use Publitas to provide our customers with a direct link from their printed catalog to the website, allowing our customers who are more comfortable with catalog shopping to feel right at home on our site.

What do you like best about Publitas?

The way it helps inspiring buyers to public their catalogues online, offering them fantastic purchase experiences. Exhibiting the catalogues in a best way possible.

What do you dislike about Publitas?

It doesn't give you a very clear view on how to present your purchase offers. It doesn't really show what kind of customers are more acceptable and to whom the purchases are being aimed to.

What problems is Publitas solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ones as publicizing my products by creating interactive flyer in real time that allows a direct and individual communication to retailers and customers. A dinâmica and innovative way aspect that turns your purchase more relevant.

What do you like best about Publitas?

Our catalogs have had a 365° turn in the digital part, which has attracted new users, who for us are considered potential customers. The personalized dashboards have helped us a lot with our comparisons in terms of metrics. It is a very flexible platform in terms of use

What do you dislike about Publitas?

We like almost everything about Publitas, as the platform is often very intuitive. It would be good to receive feedback on good practices constantly to know if we are doing well.

Recommendations to others considering Publitas?

continue to implement tools that make Publitas an even more successful platform

What problems is Publitas solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a consequence of the pandemic, it is no longer possible to deliver catalogs in physical form, which had a significant impact on our customers, who ask to be up to date, new products, new promotions, etc.

What do you like best about Publitas?

Publitas is very user-friendly, and their Account Managers are very accommodating and willing to walk through any new features or give additional training on implementing features.

What do you dislike about Publitas?

I haven't been using the tool extensively to have any issues with it

The customer shopping experience has gotten better for our customers to see all the tagged product, and our customer service department finds the new product tagging feature very helpful in assisting customers on calls or through chat

Using it for more than 3 years, always satisfied with their service

What do you like best about Publitas?

Everything is made with the user in mind. It's easy to use and simple to understand what each function or button does. Even hotkeys from your keyboard are implemented which help with the speed of use.

What do you dislike about Publitas?

Recommendations to others considering Publitas?

Recently they added the option to switch single pages, so you don't have to upload a whole PDF anymore, but you can simply select the pages that you want to change and quickly implement changes.

What problems is Publitas solving and how is that benefiting you?

I would like to see a feature where you can select several catalogues and change the timings for all of them at once. Every two weeks, we have around 6 catalogues and five of them have the same timing. Right now i have to repeat each step for every catalogue, so that could be faster if i could group them.

Like Photoshop but easier and for your catalogs

What do you like best about Publitas?

I like how simple yet advanced it is. You'll have no issues when working with hundreds of images because the interface and the tools are all adjusted to the image-format.

What do you dislike about Publitas?

There's nothing that I strongly dislike, although I would like to have more features, like editing the image by itself (adjusting brightness). And perhaps, if it suggested cool templates

What problems is Publitas solving and how is that benefiting you?

I didn't use it for a catalog purpose tbh but for a portfolio and it worked incredibly. It's so easy to position your images and move them around without really experiencing any lagging.

What do you like best about Publitas?

Online application for both publishing as marketing and marketing automation or as [mobile] POS is excellent.

What do you dislike about Publitas?

The lack of rules or coordinates to align objects.

What problems is Publitas solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's great, if you try a function to make your work faster, it works. Almost everything is made to make your work fast and easy. The comment that missed the end of the thread can be very boring.

Great tool for publishing catalogs in a professional way!

What do you like best about Publitas?

Publitas is very easy to join and use; I personally loved the ease of being able to publish my catalog and get a shareable link since my website wasn't ready at that time. I continue to use this publishing tool to quickly share some bulky documents/graphics in a professional manner.

What do you dislike about Publitas?

Publitas is great, and there isn't anything to dislike about it. I have used it a lot for sending catalogs and love the page-flipping effect, which makes you feel like reading a hardcopy catalog.

What problems is Publitas solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Publitas when I need to send catalogs to customers, and the 3D effect of flipping pages added by Publitas makes it 100 times more professional and easy to view. The link also allows me to track which customers have viewed it and which customers haven't opened my email.
