Their team is so organized and put together, and are just a joy to work with. I got close to our Publicize team members and knew that I never needed to micro manage what they were doing.
I think it's silly that G2 even makes me write in this box, as I genuinely don't have a negative thing to say about Publicize. They have been a great partner for us for many months.
Eden Data had trouble getting our name out there on the Internet, and we were moving slowly in terms of building our brand. Publicize was able to get us featured in all sorts of cool places, including Forbes, Hacker Noon, and Dark Reading!
Easy to work with, they are always on top of the projects, deliverables and are understanding of the moving goalposts that often are associated with working with a startup.
Nothing to dislike. Perhaps the only thing to be aware of is that the team is off-shore, so some review of content is needed. In our case that's not a problem anyway since our content is so technical that it needs editing regardless.
Publicize is helping us get the word out on a highly technical message that needs to be delivered to a very technical audience. It's not simple work and requires a lot of back and forth - they do a great job.
Publicize can jump in quickly and demonstrate results in just a few days. They track all outstanding opportunities, keep me updated to date weekly, and help draft outlines, bylines, press releases, and more as needed. Their unique per-tactic approach helps get a lot done for the budget.
There's nothing I dislike. I love the team (Catalina, Stef, and Natasha) as they continue to deliver high-quality opportunities for us.
We're seeking to drive our company's brand awareness while looking at tactics to drive our organic SEO. This requires a lot of my time to research/pitch reporters or potential outlets for backlink strategies.
I like the account team that I work with. They're very knowledgeable and positive. They've helped me and my business a great deal. They get great results with some very high-quality, exciting media outlets for our target niche.
There really isn't anything that I dislike about Publicize.
I will say that, since the writers aren't native English speakers there is usually a little bit of editing that I need to do on articles before they go out. But, judging by the conversations I had with other customers (past and present) before I started working with them, it seems like they've really improved in that area compared to a few years ago.
Taking the price and the results and the typically minor amount of editing needed, it's definitely not at all a deal-breaker for me.
If you're a smaller company working on a tight budget, but would like to realize the power of earned media channels, I highly recommend working with Publicize. I've truly enjoyed working with my team there and was happy to renew our agreement with them recently based on the great results we've accomplished because of their efforts and great work.
When our in-house PR & Communications manager left during "the Great Resignation" we struggled to hire a replacement or find a PR agency that was in our budget. I think I found Publicize after doing some Google searching. I was able to contact some of their current and past customers to understand what it was like to work with them.
Publicize's growth package came in at a great price for us, particularly compared to other PR agencies or hiring in-house. On top of that, the results we've had from their work are fantastic. We work in a pretty niche industry. My Publicize team works hard to understand our needs and our industry, make recommendations about topics, how to pitch them, and who to pitch them to. We've gotten so much more media pickups & engagements in many high-quality placements for our market niche.
As the head of a very small marketing department in a small tech startup, I'm grateful to have a service like Publicize and, specifically, the individuals that I work with there. They are always positive and great to work with, they're passionate about what they do and really know their stuff. They're a critical component of our brand awareness strategy.
Publicize Account managers are with you every step of the way. I have worked with several PR solutions, and Publicize is the best, and easiest solution for the price that I have found.
A good amount of their staff is in Colombia. That did not cause any real issues, but there is time-zone coordination. Not a big deal, but it's the only thing I could think of as a "con" to using their service. Truly negligible and did not impact business operations hardly, if at all.
I recommend giving them a shot.
In our business model we need to bring a lot of attention to short campaigns. Publicize works quickly and launches multiple initiatives that are highly effective.

Great communication and always are top of deadlines, following up with my team and taking on board feedback. Their pitches are consistently well-researched and to the point.
I don't really have any major complaints about Publicize. Given the cost associated with retaining a US PR firm, I think they're great value for the price point.
