Provide Support allows you or your team to chat (or reply to emails when offline) easily across multiple websites. I have multiple websites and it is great to only have to monitor one window or one mobile app.
Desktop console doesn't remember the column widths and it would be nice if it had an option to auto resize all columns instead of having to do each column individually

The visitors tab is great for monitoring your site in realtime - what page are they visiting, what country are they in, and more. This allows us to understand traffic and if necessary, adjust firewall rules to block certain countries.

PROS: This software brings in something new for our company. I like it because it helps us resolve multiple customer issues. Nobody from the team had difficulties using the platform because it is so smart and yet intuitive. Customers no longer have to wait for hours for resolutions. They can reach out to someone with just one click of a button. We can also monitor the status of the activity for each chat conversation which is very crucial for providing excellent service.
CONS: They can do better in terms of upgrading the interface because it honestly looks outdated. They can attract more clients if they improve on their overall design.
PROS: Nothing beats Provide Support in terms of affordability. We were able to introduce the platform to our team seamlessly. With the chat support application, we can implement more guidelines and maximize our resources resulting in an increase in clients as well as profit margin.
CONS: So far, there is nothing that I dislike about ProvideSupport. It gives me what I need, like real-time chat monitoring. Plus, customers can use the app using their smartphone or laptop, so I guess that there is nothing more that I can ask for.
PROS: One thing that I really liked about this tool is that I could easily access the live chat. Website monitoring can also be done in real time, and combined with the live chat has made it easier for different parts of the team to communicate and stay in sync with each other.
CONS: While there were features that I appreciated, I don't know if the program as a whole is worth the cost, especially if your company has limited resources just like ours. It was also difficult to implement this program, which is a hassle that I really didn't need.
PROS: We found out about Provide Support from one of our employees. He suggested that we can do something to improve our level of service. The software is simply amazing, and since we were able to make a smooth transition from day one. It allows you to manage the number of member users categorize them according to the level of support that they are providing to our clients. We can easily assist our clients based on the initial information that is being provided to us. Tracing the country of origin, as well as the IP address, is made possible to ensure that the queries are valid.
CONS: The interface looks dull and uninteresting. It doesn't sound like a significant issue; however, developing software to make it look aesthetically appealing plays a considerable role in gaining more attention from clients.
PROS: I can confidently say that this tool's chat implementation is even more robust compared to other products like Salesforce and Zendesk. we've been using this tool for a decade now and it's a testament to its stability and dependability that we've only encountered problems with it about five years ago. It's got all the features our department needs to provide adequate support, resulting in more satisfied clients.
CONS: Frankly speaking, I can't think of anything that I don't like about this product.

PROS: My company has been using this platform for almost half a decade already. It performs smoothly, for we only seldom experience downtimes or bugs in the system. It comes with all the essential features to ensure that all concerns are resolved upon initial contact. The platform allows us to issue service tickets to our clients to ensure that concerns are tracked and resolved systematically.
CONS: We tried using several other LiveChat software before; however, none of them provided above-average results as compared to ProvideSupport. So far, this is the best software in town, so we will be sticking with this product until we find something better.
