"Versatile & user-friendly TMS"
What do you like best about Protemos?

Protemos is undoubtedly the most user-friendly Translation Management System (TMS) on the market today. Not only does it cater the needs of small or mid-size LSPs, it is also perfectly suitable for freelance translators who are in need of a capable TMS for project management and accounting. The development cycle of the platform is fast and the Customer Support team is super responsive. Protemos has become a must-have tool in my from-quote-to-invoice workflow. Comes highly recommended!

What do you dislike about Protemos?

I hope the platform will soon be localized into French. Also, I wish the template customization would be more flexible and the platform would provide the user with a more granular way to fine-tune notifications. Last but not least, an app (or a more mobile-friendly) version of the website would be top-notch :)

Recommendations to others considering Protemos:

As for any platform, you will need a week or so to get used to the rationale behind the platform. But soon the creation of Projects, Jobs, Invoices... will become second nature. Feel free to contact the Support as they are quick to implement features requested by users.

What problems is Protemos solving and how is that benefiting you?

Better workflow management, faster payment cycle and improved efficiency. From project to invoice creation, Protemos gives us me an essential overview of my daily operations. The Business Analytics section also provides clear and concise reports that help me make informed decisions.

What do you like best about Protemos?

The best thing about Protemos is that it's tidy, and it helps you as a Project Manager get things organized. It is straightforward to use. It is a complete portal; you can enter information from vendors and clients, assign tasks from beginning to end and upload documents up to the billing portion of the work. I'd say it has it all!. Also, it is a big plus you do not have to download any apps, and you can access the portal from any device anywhere!.

What do you dislike about Protemos?

The downsides are not many; I wouldn't say I like that they change the portal from one day to the other. When you're used to completing fields in a particular order or way, it's annoying for them to do changes that do not improve the work.

Another thing is that you do not have an option to DELETE a file once you've uploaded it to a task, which would be great to

Recommendations to others considering Protemos:

I highly recommend using Protemos. It's easy to use, it helps a lot with day-to-day work, and not only it's easy for PMs or Admins, but also Vendors and Clients on the other side.

What problems is Protemos solving and how is that benefiting you?

All of them!. The problems we're solving with Protemos are: Assigning tasks, adding clients and vendors, creating vendor's POs, creating invoices, quotes, projects, and many more. Everything we need to do is done through Protemos.

What do you like best about Protemos?

My favorite things about Protemos are that:

that it is free for our suppliers

that it is easy and quickly implemented

that it saves a lot of time

that it integrates with Smartcat (and others)

that it is intuitive to use

What do you dislike about Protemos?

I am waiting for a deeper integration with Smartcat, as the integration with Smartcat does not go far enough yet.

Recommendations to others considering Protemos:

If you are looking for an affordable alternative to other TMS in the translation industry, Protemos is the one you want to be having. It is affordable, the support is very reactive and very helpful. And the team continues to improve the platform, so that we can improve our turn-around, thanks to more automation and other improvements.

What problems is Protemos solving and how is that benefiting you?

Protemos functions as our database for clients and suppliers.

We use it also for our project management.

Since we use Protemos, we were able to create significant time savings in our project management process.
