Protel Air offers everything our small Resort needs - the Cabin planning is easy to use and the Support is responsive and efficient. It is cloud base and this was one of the main reason to decide for it

Protel PMS offers best experience for their guest.
Best thing is they provide both cloud as well as on premise version to keep track of everything.
They have so much to offer like digital booking , invoicing etc.
The most dislike about Protel PMS is sometimes they took too long to respond to there customers as customers got irritated.
So this is not the way to deal , if someone is running a big forum.
Protel PMS have very good front display service as it is very easy to use .
Second most appreciable feature is language translation, they provide almost every language translation so that customers can relax .

The landing or home page that has all the Arrivals, In-house and Departure, altogether in one page / screen
Without a mouse, you can't do much, the Tab key on the keyboard is useless, updating rates is a bit complicated
It is good for sorting out the Arrivals / Departure
