Super easy to implement and start using. I like the ability to customize the steps my customers go through based on the segments I put them in. Everyone I've spoken with is knowledgeable and invested in the product. Keep it up!

The team behind ProsperStack is amazing. They are incredibly helpful, responsive and take product enhancement ideas to heart. They work hard to create a product that is easy to use, and makes a measurable impact on our business.
At the risk of sounding overly enthusiastic, I don't dislike anything about this product. When I run into issues with how I want something set up, I reach out to the team and they're quick to respond, and even quicker to help me find a workaround or implement a solution. They regularly release new enhancements and features and I have encountered very few bugs with the system, even as a regular user.
We use ProsperStack to help us manage subscription cancellations, collect user feedback and make an attempt to retain customers who are looking to cancel online.
User-friendly and intuitive when setting up flows, offers, and navigating through the results. The customizability allows our company to pinpoint the reason customers are churning as well as determine the most effective offer through the A/B test feature.
My company is an early adopter of Prosperstack and the team has always been excellent. Super patient when we come to them with questions and highly responsive when we run into any issues or request additional features.

Mitigating unmanaged customer churn through collecting data on churn reason to pinpoint and fix issues we may have been unaware of and determining the most effective offer for customers to save ARR that might have otherwise been lost.
We are seeing a strong ROI, but for me ProsperStack is a great partner. Here are three examples:
1. Mike, Tony and Graham were very responsive during implementation when we had questions so that we could get setup as quickly as possible
2. We met weekly to review the data as we were launching new cancellation flows to leverage ProsperStack’s deep knowledge to make sure we were optimizing our flows based on best practices
3. The ProsperStack team listens to our needs and even built some reports we were looking for into the product
Everything worked as expected. I have no complaints!
The two main problems ProsperStack is solving are:
1. Why are customers cancelling?
2. How do we prevent churn?
Through ProsperStack, we are able to run experiments to optimize our cancellation flows based on why customers are cancelling. The benefits we are seeing are better retention and reduced churn.
Ease of use and navigability is great. Easy to set up and integrates with other tools. Provides detailed reports and plenty of options for deflecting churn.
Like with any product there can be improvements, but overall it is a great tool.

I'm looking forward to reporting function iterations. Specifically, a dashboard view of Lost and Saved MRR, month over month. Not necessarily a dislike (because I can export and calculate that info), but future dashboards will help create efficiencies for how we use and report out on metrics. 😉

ProsperStack was an important platform for intercepting the customer upon canceling a subscripton to provide an offer or get more information about the customer - both of these metrics are incredibly important for Beli as a subscription based ecommerce company. We saw retained revenue and a positive impact on the LTV of our customer. We found the dashboard is easy to use and is great at showing the impact the feature has on our revenue and retention. They also have an amazing onboarding and success team that worked with us to create and test strategies to get the most out of the feature.
