My experience with Prospect cloud has been superb. I love most that they do not have a "one size fits all" approach to how they strategize. Everything is so customizable and can change from day to day based on the company's needs. With an organization like Shadowbox Live and the ever-changing climate of the entertainment industry, that is key to finding the best-suited clientele for our business.

I can't remember a time where we've called on fewer people yet are having more conversations. Not just conversations, but truly engaged and good and qualified and interested opportunities. I best like how they slowed us down and challenged our thinking enough to help us to rethink, unpack and rank who we go hunting for and why. In 15 years, we hadn't done this before, and it's paid big dividends very quickly. Each question in their assessment process pointed us toward the best pathways, and the ideas they have given us would not have ever come to us otherwise. Their true commitment to focus and precision is something special, and the follow-through on the promise has been nothing less than perfect.
I dislike myself for not having found them years ago. If I had to choose something that could be improved upon, I don't know what that would be and if my experience reveals something in the future I will update my report. I've received and continue to receive so much more than I bargained for.
Take notes and write down EVERYTHING! Begin small and go through the assessment and discovery process first. The process is the same whether you start large or small and we took their advice in starting small. In our case, we thought we needed many leads and it turned out that our true consumption is only 10/week per team member.
We thought our problem was a lead problem. We quickly learned that even as a Top-5 Insurance broker that we had just been doing things the way they had always been done. We learned that we could choose accounts and employers who cared more than others. We now make 90% fewer call attempts than before and no longer call desperately on anyone who might listen to us. In the past, my team called relentlessly of CFOs and through the process with ProspectCloud we learned that while CFOs were our ultimate decision maker, they were the single most difficult person to ever get on the phone. We now have a smart stakeholder map and are able to navigate new accounts with the right people for the right stage of the process.
The "One lead a day" program is delivering us high-quality targets. The team has been very interested in our feedback and ensuring that the data supplied is what we asked for.
Some of the emails we receive from the team go a little overboard in attempting to create a connection. I understand where they are coming from, but I prefer to keep the communication a little more professional now that we are working together.
We needed a market research firm to identify and collate a list of contacts as potential prospects. They are doing all of the leg work, allowing us to focus on our sales process.

If you want to get valuable contact information quickly, then this is the right service. Just make sure you spend the time on the front end to determine who you want to target.

ProspectCloud is thoughtful and thorough in how they tackle each project. They are able to provide us quality/usable data that meets our needs for a given campaign.
Because they check every record individually it can be a little slower than some other vendors to get data, but it's worth the wait for the quality.
