Very user friendly. Flexible, useful features.

The only downside is not being able to add a new phone number to a campaign while the campaign is running.

What do you like best about ProspectBoss CRM Dialer?

Great program with some excellent features. Built in CRM, can drop pre recorded messages, send emails and text messages. Price is pretty competitive at just over $100 per month.

Customer service is excellent. You can always seem to get a "Live" expert on the phone very quickly. Great training videos too.

What do you dislike about ProspectBoss CRM Dialer?

My only issues were sometimes the send email feature just doesn't work. Plus, I`m not a big fan of the built-in softphone. It often does not respond when buttons are clicked on.

What problems is ProspectBoss CRM Dialer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Definitely a huge time saver. There is no way I could make 200-300 calls per day without it. Double your calls, and you double your sales!
