ProProfs is packed with all the features that I needed in an assessment software and then some. It lets us create super visual quizzes for our employee engagement and awareness programs. We especially love the question bank. It has so many questions to choose from.

We’d love it if ProProfs could add more pricing tiers or a la carte pricing options.

ProProfs fit our requirements to the T. We wanted a quiz maker that was easy to use yet offered enough features to create highly customized and engaging Facebook quizzes. ProProfs delivered on both counts.

To be honest, nothing. I mean, we’d certainly love it if they added even more quiz templates. But, we’ve been very satisfied so far.

Top-notch quiz software

I have had quite a pleasant experience with this quiz maker because my online business wasn’t getting enough conversions. I integrated this tool with my website and deployed product recommendation quizzes which creates a lot more engagement, and the conversions have gone up too. I love the fact that it has loads of preloaded templates, which makes it extremely easy for anyone to create quizzes.

Employee onboarding and training made easy

Our HR team has been using ProProfs Quiz Maker for onboarding and training new employees, and the overall process has been quite seamless ever since. We like that it offers a ton of employee training assessments which are graded by the software itself, and it makes it easy to assess the employees and also reduces our workload quite significantly.

Excellent Customer Support

What do you like best about ProProfs Quiz Maker?

We have been using ProProfs for over five (5) years now. Any issues were resolved right away. Customer support is always fast and efficient.

What do you dislike about ProProfs Quiz Maker?

The editing interface is somewhat cumbersome to use, especially when entering many quiz questions. Pasting text without the formatting is also problematic.

What problems is ProProfs Quiz Maker solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use this to access softball umpires' knowledge of the rules. This is done across then entire state of California. An excellent tool.
