Communicate better & close more sales!
PROS: One of the best things about using this tool is that we can personalize a customer’s journey. The tool allows us to monitor customers’ browsing history on our site. This offers a thorough insight into what the customer is looking for and how we can provide support head-on. Also, I love that I can store the incoming leads in Salesforce directly.

PROS: We wish we had discovered this software earlier. It has so many features ranging from detailed reports to automation tools like chatbots. But the highlight of ProProfs Chat is the reports and analytics, which allow you to monitor the operator performance and customer ratings.

It offers in-depth reports on all our agents which has helped us understand who is performing well in the team and who needs to be trained further.

What do you dislike about ProProfs Chat?

We don’t dislike the product but we do wish to see some customization options for the operator’s dashboard that helps them view data for specific metrics every time they login.

What problems is ProProfs Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’ve successfully found multiple reasons why some of our agents weren’t performing well or lagged during the support process.

Helps Our Operators Collaborate in no time
PROS: My operators don’t have to leave their seats to collaborate over a returning customer. And now during work from home they don’t have to spend hours on doing the same as the tool helps us collaborate through features like operator to operator chat.

What do you like best about ProProfs Chat?

We like how ProProfs has made automatic routing possible. Now agents don’t have to route chats manually in every case.

What do you dislike about ProProfs Chat?

There’s not much to dislike about their live chat as it matches our support needs for now.

What problems is ProProfs Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our teams had a difficult time routing chats from one member to another. They not only took time to understand customer pain points but also communicated the same to another team member so that customers doesn’t have to repeat themselves once transferred to another member.

What do you like best about ProProfs Chat?

ProProfs has been a part of our support suite for more than 2 years now. We’re so glad they brought in the chatbot feature that has helped us manage our incoming requests faster.

What do you dislike about ProProfs Chat?

I really hope they get a detailed reports section for the chatbot.

Recommendations to others considering ProProfs Chat:

We can be more proactive as a team now that the chatbot is on the scene. We’ve also experienced a dip in our normal incoming chat flow as a lot of users interact with the chatbot first and end up getting a solution.

We’ve finally streamlined our incoming chats and made sure all of them get addressed at the right time.
