When looking at a tenants information, I can see if they have paid their rent, how much they have paid and the dates of previously paid rents. And with just a few clicks, I can see if they pay for parking, how much, if they have renters insurance. I can find out pretty much anything I might need to know with just a few clicks.

When I search a tentants name, I think it would be helpful if it told me if they are in arrears and how much they owe. Sometimes it becomes a pain in the ass to go back and forth between the arreas section and the tenants info.

It tells me everything I need to know about a tenant, and I am able to add or edit information about tenants at any time with a few clicks. It saves me time from having to go through files maually.

I find the information provided most useful. Qualities are the information provided. To be able to provide best service. I am not aware of competitors. Does not compare to competitors.

The help desk takes too long. The service responding when having issue with the system. by making sure the response time is quicker. The response to the ticket requests.

Work wise its helps me to assist the customer and get information they require from me. This does cause me to be ore productive in my job. it has helped our performance greatly.

I love that Property Vista is so user-friendly. The layout, terminology, prompts, and help areas are excellent.

In my role, there is no downside. I find all areas of the system that I utilize more than meet my needs.

It gives me all details at a glance. There are many options to use for queries, which is very helpful when the information I have is limited. It is an "all in one" package.

PV gives you independence in work as you have multiple choices and all options configured at 1 place

I am unable to distribute my PO amount in various properties as I would like to distribute the invoice in 3 different properties. Need the distribute feature

Down time on Saturdays, leasing team work on Saturdays. So it is a little inconvenient.

Leasing is very easy

PV makes my work easy. From drilling down to find PO's, easy to locate applications and finding my tenants maintenance requests, I have found the program easy to learn, easy to teach and easy to understand!

I have not found anything to dislike at this point. I am very happy with the program.

Speeding up the search for several buildings at once, but to be fair, it's pretty quick now.

Property Vista is making it easy to use on my mobile device. I can't always have my computer on, and approving PR's or checking on applications from my phone is great!

Property Vista is user-friendly. It does not need too much time to learn the ins and outs of the system. It has made my job easier. Less to paperless office works helps contribute to rehabilitating our environment.
