I like how simple it is to pay a bill and to enter invoices.

I dislike how the front page of the tenant's info doesn't have their zip code and we have to look it up.

It's a great program and you won't regret choosing them!

Property Matrix has everything at one stop for us. We don't need more programs to run our day to day business like we use to need.

Property Matrix has all the bells and whistles that we wanted, while still being affordable and easy to operate. Their customer service/support team is outstanding! Implementation of a new software is always troublesome, but their team broke it down, so it wasn't so overwhelming. They are available to answer our plethora of questions via chat, email or phone and have a great set of articles for self-guided help that answer many questions.

There are a few minor nuances that are odd, but they take customer feedback very seriously and are currently constructing an update that will remove those oddities. Again, their customer service/support team is outstanding!

If you have questions, utilize their support team. They are there to help and they do a fabulous job!

The classic problems of time management, accessing data whenever and wherever we need it, and fear of data loss due to a computer failure. We were using an old property management software that only lived on an old computer and took a long time to load each screen. By switching to Property Matrix, we have the benefit of a cloud-based service that allows us to access the program anywhere and loads quickly. We are also not beholden to one specific computer and can utilize our new hardware without fear of the computer crashing and mass data loss.

Great support team, willing to customize and scale for your particular needs, tons of features. I love the support so much that Ill mention it again.

Like with any software the initial setup is burdensome. But that is just the nature of the beast. Property Matrix made it so much easier than any other software we have used before.

Providing online portal for clients.

Property Matrix is a very thorough software. Easy to learn and customer service is the best. If there is not a report that you need, customer service will set one up for you. If you need customized field for data, they will also set those up.

Only con I have found is that if you run a report on the screen and leave the report section, you will have to totally rerun the report rather than just refresh .

The staff will make the switch painless. Just send them the requested reports or files and they do all the work. Just be sure to check the results as sometime conversions can have a problem.

We are now able to replace old out of date computers. Daily operation is quicker.
