Customization of alerts is what I like with Email Security, its help us to identify and minimize suspicious email from attackers which makes our organization more secured. Also it has the best support you might get, they always on time when you need help on one of the issues encountered.

One of the hardest part of the solution is that it may require a lot of effort to understand for non technicals, its not friendly user as I expected.

It helps the surface our organization be more secured. There is a lot of suspicious email that might actually become threats of ours and Proofpoint became our solution ever since, and we have been able to focused on the real emails and not minding the suspicious emails now. However, we still need to be more careful about clicking on the emails.

This is email encryption made easy! It's frustrating getting these services as initially the steps are long and tideous. However, this system integrated with a regular email was very user friendly.

I'm not a huge fan of the layout. It was fine after I got used to the new look. I feel that this is always a challenge when switching from one system to another though do not necessarily an issue in the program design.

If you want an encryption service you can rely on this is it. They have great customer support. You will be able to feel security in the privacy of confidential information.

Email encryption is super important in healthcare as so many documents deal with HIPAA sensitive material. This keeps us in line without a huge hassle.

with this program we never worry about the wrong person reading sensitive info. and before using this it was a problem.

Really no dislikes yet. Maybe the way the encryption process works could be better explained.

Having an updated UI for the modern age would go a long way to allow administration of the platform to be more streamlined.

The system is well made and easy to use, even for beginners just learning the system for our clients. The easy to enable email encryption is a great feature and being able to protect from spam, phishing, etc. is a benefit for all companies.

Having a central location where we can manage our Proofpoint customers and end users makes the task much less laborious than it once was.

We acquired another business and merged their exchange with ours. They were breached prior to coming to us and Proofpoint has been great in catching most of the spam/phishing attempts directed to those compromised old email accounts.

I like that proofpoint can easily be integrated into email services to enable a secure method of cyber-security and loss mitigation when sending and receiving sensitive data across in-house and through third party email services.

I would say that compatibility for receiving party email services may prevent files from being viewed properly or excluded from sending

This email encryption solves the issue of making sure sensitive medical data isn't lost or compromised when sending to medical providers and company staff.

I like the security of the software that encrypts your messages

There was nothing I disliked with this software

If you send emails to anyone you should do it securely, this product is a good choice
