I like how the forms are customizable and easy enough to have multiple team members use it in english and spanish with the same and consistent end results. The forms walk you through the next steps and that helps with time management and builds positive habits.

There's not much that I dislike in the system, but I would like to have the form jump straight to missing or pending items on the form or highlight the dial in red vs scrolling to find the missing inpections point.

Site inspections are crucial to our team and industry and TrueContext solves this for our company. Our vendors can also access the app which helps us with remote and 3rd party inspections.

Our ability to see our physical inventory across the nation along with live updates and issues is extremely beneficial to our operational planning and time management

I wish that the language and services in relation to coding and form building were more user friendly

Ease of use, how i can leverage API calls to connect to intelex. I can also grant users acces pretty easily.

Sometimes it can be a little bit hard to navigate complex forms . Currently using API call for a complex form to link to intelex and its been a lot to handle.

Allowing users in the field to submit any spills that occurs in the field very easily using their phones.

The need to refresh the app to "push" things through. Once the user hit submit it should just work. It seems like things get stuck. I would suggest that when a user hit submit that whatever process needs to happen happens or an auto refresh happens. things just seem to get stuck in limbo regularly. It is users that hit submit then lock their phones and put it in their pocket with out waiting too.

Work with Pronto dev team members to design your custom forms. Have a very goo layout of what you want and what you need out of the form prior to meeting with the dev team. Brad Amberley is outstanding. He and I worked together many hours developing exactly what we needed. We contiue to improve on what we have and have enjoyed working with him.

Forms are easy to setup and roll out to users, easy to edit if changes need to be made. Workflows are simple to setup for email, and you can break forms out into groups which helps segregate different forms for different user groups.

User interface can be a bit confusing at first. Form spaces are essentially the groups you setup, which work well, it's just a bit of a learning curve to get used to the site layout.

We use the product to roll out forms for our field service technicians to use for a few purposes. We have a daily report that the techs fill out at the end of each day to record work done and issues encountered. We also have a form for Customer Opportunities, and an open issues report that the technician can report back to us to address ongoing issues that may need to be fixed mechanically.

It's easy for our field personnel to utilize and send important information to the office that helps us manage our construction projects.

Nothing really. It does everything we need it to do and more. We don't utilize every aspect but it's very user friendly and we have had great success with it.

It allows our field personnel to provide the office with critical information on construction project progress and document that progress for our clients. We are able to have our client sign off on change orders right there in the field and transmit the documents to the office for billing backup.
