The fact that it syncs to 6 of the key social media platforms: Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter but most importantly Google. I can post content to any or all of them and schedule it out to repeat posts or be time-released. Also, like that it supplies a TON of content ideas based on holidays (national and obscure) as well as famous people's birthdays and more. It helps me as well as my clients, whether I manage their social posts or they do it themselves.
Not a whole lot of things to complain about. It even provides a Canva-like editor so I can create and post content all from the same account. Plus I can save content for reposting or editing for next year. Once in a while the syncs will glitch but I am notified so I can address it...
Like any software I recommend taking it on a trial run. Measure the cost vs. how much time it save you and the benefits it provides.
Biggest questions it solved for me: What will I post? When will I find time to post it? Can I have a history of posts so I don't repeat myself? Again, it allows for me to repost content so I don't have to reinvent the post each time and can save it for next year. One hour a month and I am all set for the next 30 days. What a time (and sanity) saver! My favorite feature is a list of events for the day: from Holiday to Historical, from 4th of July to National Truffle Day.
I'm totally jazzed on just the editor and haven't used the social media scheduler too much. The editor is SO damn intuitive and easier to use than two others I've tried (Canva and RelayThat). I create podcast cover art mostly, but also create social media posts. The Editor flows and makes it easy to whip something up in a couple of minutes (30 seconds if you know exactly what you want).
The post scheduler is also intuitive and does exactly what I need. Shows what's ahead and my stats for what I've already done. In a nutshell, it does what you want it do, even if you don't use everything it has to offer. I didn't even mention the templates, bonus graphic elements, bonus background images and all kinds of extra resources included that make content creation a piece of cake.

I can now create new cover art for each episode of my podcast in just a couple minutes as opposed to the length of time it used to take me in a graphics program (or the other services I mentioned earlier). PR just makes things go quickly. I've also found myself making more social media posts simply because it's no longer a hassle. When it's easy to do, I want to do it more.
So much to like about this software - great layout and easy to learn interface. The creating a post process is really straightforward and the options on the toolbar contain everything I need to create a great looking posts. The Schedule, Publish now and Add to Queue options are great and make for great planning options. I do use other tools but this is my "go to" for sure and would recommend anyone to give it a go.
There are a few niggly things that I think would make for a better experience for me but I cannot speak for others. When viewing in Calendar view by week you have to scroll back through the weeks, it would be great to have a dropdown option where you could select 2023 week 1, week 2, week 3 and jump to posts for that week but as I say, that's just me. The Post Ideas could be a little more up-to-date but again, this is just me being picky and looking for the easiest option because the reality is you can get a great foundation for posts from the suggestions. Love this software and would highly recommend you give it a go.
Time! This software saves you time and really helps you to visulaise the route/path to deliver for your own and client posts. We used to spreadsheets to list out the coming social calendars and they are great buyt this is so much easier and intutitve. It also means you do things once and it makes you way more productive.
PromoRepublic is so easy to use. I wouldn't use anything else now. I particularly like their customer service.
Things go wrong, which makes it very frustrating to use, but their customer services answer almost immediately and keep me informed if things take a little longer to solve.
It saves me lots of time. I spend Monday mornings scheduling my posts etc... across social media and then only need to check if anybody commented.

If you are trying to manage multiple social media accounts, PromoRepublic is a great tool. It's also great for a single user like myself. It helps me manage my various accounts and saves me time.
The biggest problem PromoRepublic has helped me solve is saving time, but also in "seeing" my promotion in a more integrated and long term way. I can look at my social media schedule by day, week, month, etc. I can find gaps or problems with messaging.
Once set up this works seamlessly. Post to various social media platforms and schedule ahead. I required help reconnecting some Instagram accounts and "Lisa" gave me easy to follow instructions that sorted my problem straight away.
When saving posts to use again I would like to put them in a folder for the relevant account instead of scrolling through all of them.

Although the graphics editor is brilliant within the app, it could do with a few more features to help make social media posts more interesting, including simple text manipulation, graphic background removal and better photo editing.

The 'ideas' part needs more additions. We've been using the service for over 2 years now and some of the ideas (templates) are now old and need to be updated. Otherwise this is awesome
