Sometimes when creating a new ad play back sticks

As a small business owner, its hard to find the financial resources and time to search for clips and sounds for ads that are a necessity for marketing, but Promo makes it easy to create an ad/video in minutes.

The best part of using promo for me was how easily it connected to Shopify and how easy it made publishing the videos and how quickly it created the videos overall I would highly recommend this

The downsides I guess would be just the options I do wish there was more free options available I know that's not a great business model for them but it would have been nice to have just a couple more I think there was only five for the products

Also, they have a huge library of videos, songs and images to shoes from.

Editing a video is so - easy to do and promo is adding new features all the time. Example, they added a new 3D video last year that increased our clients CTR by 22% alone.

The only dislike is not being able to allow clients to use the portal and select a video to save to our account. However, clients can create a free account and share a saved video from their account via Promo support (they have excellent support).

I would recommend promo to anyone needing to add video for social, product or service advertising.

Promo is a great resource that allows small companies with small budgets to compete in the digital world and ever-popular video ads. They allow for quick and easy video production at a fraction of the cost of professional videographers. You are able to customize the text, colors, logos, etc. in order to ensure your videos are on brand.

I have found that the system glitches a lot... tells me that i need to reload the page but that the work i have been doing will be lost. The music options could be improved as well. I wish there was a search function within the music section and that the sound clips were searchable by tags.

If you don't have a lot of experience with video production platforms this is a great system to start with!
