Amazing speed from support getting answers to questions I have had. The answers are explained in a way that even I can understand and take the necessary steps or begin to use a function.
Haven't run into one yet but Prokeep people keep listening so if I find one I know help is there.
Time management, when using Prokeep I can communicate with more people at one time
Prokeep is very dynamic when it comes to feedback from their partners and implementing changes. The platform is constnatly improving, and their team is willing to work with us to overcome changing business dynamics to fit their platform.
There really isn't anything we dislike about Prokeep. The team is good, and they are a good business partner for us.
Sharing resources is one of the main problems that Prokeep solves for us. We can leverage our associte expertise no matter where they are located, and allow our internal specialists to by dynamic when it comes to assisting customer. Another problem Prokeep solves for us is visibility into progress on customer requests. Knowing immediately who is working on a specific task, and what the correspondance has been to the customer or other associates allows for easy hand off.
Our customers can send information easier and faster through a text vs a email where they could spell the wrong email address.
If you receive a text and dont close the thread, you can miss a order the next day because it doesnt flash like you have a new message when it first comes through.

IT ALLOWS CUSTOMERS TO SEND US PICTURES OF THEIR PROBLEMS , ISSUES, OR SALES REQUESTS. WITHOUT GIVING OUT MY PERSONAL CELL PHONE NUMBER.
I DON'T HAVE ANY ISSUES. I DON'T LIKE THAT THE FORM HERE KEEPS ASKING FOR MORE INFORMATION ON THIS QUESTION.
IT IS A TOOL USEFUL FOR CUSTOMERS TO REACH OUT TO US WITHOUT CALLING IN . SEVERAL PEOPLE CAN VIEW IT AND THE CORRECT PERSON CAN RESPOND TO THEM
That we can use or same land line and still keep better records of correcspondence with my contractors without needing to have 3-4 sources of information.
I wish I could attached more than 1 picture file at a time.
Wasting time talking on the phone when a contractor simply needs to know that a part is "in". And I can coordinate with field guys to confirm parts.
