ProjectPro expands on existing Business Central functionality to add Quoting, Progress Billing, Subcontract Management, Job Material Planning, and Job Forecasting to Jobs. This functionality is essential for construction companies and is a major benefit to companies looking to streamline these processes.

It has enhanced the already comprehensive capabilities in Project Management within Business Central. The enhancement is specific for material intensive project organizations such as Construction firms, roofing industries etc.

There is no built in BIM within it. It can interface with other BIM tools though

All these functionalities are readily available and configurable based on your needs.

The project is user-friendly and the customer service is excellent. What I like best about the projectPro is the ability to easily analyze and forecast my project.

Nothing much I would dislike about the project. However, I would like to see more reporting templates.

Projecting tracking, forecasting, cost and benefit analysis. All the above are being realized using ProjectPro

Project Pro provides must-have tools for working in the construction industry. Providing essential functions such as Progress Invoicing and Material Planning.

I have no complaints about ProjectPro directly, Microsoft Business Central itself can sometimes be overly complicated and limited. Which is why tools like ProjectPro are essential.

ProjectPro allows us to integrate our construction project management and accounting directly. Allowing us to work faster within a single solution. Without it we would be using multiple software or spreadsheets.

I have used this software in my previous company for project management and it helps us to keep things in proper management.

As of now, there won't be any dislike for this tool as this is the best tool for project management integrated with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

I would highly recommend ProjectPro for all the construction companies who are using Microsoft Dynamics Navision or Business central.

In my previous company, We were using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and while searching for project management tool which we can integrate with Business Central we found ProjectPro and we found it cost-efficient and best one for the construction company

The best part of Project Pro is the visability it provides into all of our ongoing projects. It allows us to see what we have actually spent by task in detail!

The difficulty of how we have to update projects as the budgets and materials change often. And since we do prepayments or draws, it doesn't account for that easily.

Visability into our projects, their budget and actual spend to date. In addition, being able to see the outstanding PO's at a job level is helpful.
