What do you like best about Profi?

Very user friendly, HIPAA compliant and I can host a task based course curriculum, automations for communication with client and progress tracking!

What do you dislike about Profi?

Have not found anything that I do not like yet.

Its solves my HIPAA issue and puts many different software in one place. Automation and client progress tracking in the curriculum.

What do you like best about Profi?

1. All-in-one flexible program builder - I really like the ability to build customized leadership coaching programs which contain free-form resources like training videos, docs, and presentations; as well as the option for my team and myself to schedule recurring 1:1 and group leadership sessions; and do pre- and post-program review forms/assessments.

2. Great support - we can contact our dedicated CSM at any time with any questions or concerns and he gets back to us very quickly. Thank you, Andrew & Britton for your fantastic collaboration with our team during implementation, onboarding and further adoption.

3. Pricing - we get all the functionality we need in one platform which has eliminated the need for over 6 systems and tools we've used previously, including Calendly, Zoom, Quenza, email, Notion, Slack and others.

Big Kudos to the entire Profi team for the amazing product and support along the way. We look forward to extending our collaboration!

What do you dislike about Profi?

Nothing major, we're pretty happy with the performance of our platform instance and everything else. We can't wait for the Profi team to deliver new program builder features.

What problems is Profi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our task was to scale our leadership coaching programs for our internal Netpeak teams. We couldn't do it effectively because all the materials and communication was all over the place.

With Profi, we were able to finally combine it all in a single place. This enabled us to scale our programs and offer it to more departments and leaders at Netpeak.

"Switching from Calendly to this for my consultancy practice!"
What do you like best about Profi?

I really love the scheduling features like minimum notice period, booking frequency restrictions, and others! Previously I could only get those on Calendly which I still enjoy using but I'm looking into simplifying my tech stack and Profi seems like the best option out there because it offers all the session scheduling features + everything else I need to run my UX consultancy business.

What do you dislike about Profi?

Nothing!! And hopefully nothing comes up as my trial ends soon.

What problems is Profi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving money and offering a more professional experience to my clients who don't have to use multiple tools anymore to work with me. Fantastic experience so far!

"Excellent app for coaching our internal team"
What do you like best about Profi?

My experience with Profi has been amazing. I wasn't the one making the decision to implement it but I've been struggling for a long time with having to use so many disconnected apps and tools for managing personal development programs for my team. So getting a platform like this was a major relief.

Now I feel like I have all the components in one place: surveys, assessments, forms, messenger and a program builder. I also appreciate having the ability to access the fully functional platform and build the program both on web and mobile.

What do you dislike about Profi?

Just one thing. The inability to re-order questions in assessments is frustrating but one of the Profi's support team members promised to me they will add it soon.

What problems is Profi solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a marketing team lead, I use Profi to coach my team members and invite external mentors. It's super convenient to have all the data in one place. I can focus on building coaching programs and developing my team's skills, and not on managing my tools like I used to.

I've also received great feedback about the app from both mentors and my team members. I strongly believe Profi is a must-have for any leader who wants to scale team member development programs.

What do you like best about Profi?

Calendar & booking functionality!

They've added a ton of new scheduling features I've been waiting for for so long.

Can finally switch to Profi fully and leave Acuity behind.

I also like that Profi is a unified platform providing a professional experience, my clients and I don't have to switch between different tools to get the job done.

Built-in video conferencing a cherry on the pie! ;)

What do you dislike about Profi?

After the new scheduling upgrade I can't think of anything I really need anymore or dislike. It's a complete, quality package.

What problems is Profi solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Profi, I save time & money as I don't have to pay for multiple solutions for my business coaching & consultancy business. My clients enjoy working with me through their dedicated portal in Profi too which positively affects my client retention.

What do you like best about Profi?

Although we use Profi as an all in one system for enaging with clients, I can definitely say we like best and get the most value out of their scheduling component. The most important features is the ability for new leads on our website to schedule and jump on a discovery call with us without creating an account. After that, there's an easy way to start working together with clients in Profi and schedule recurring marketing project meetings.

Support is another big reason for why we've chosen and enjoyed working with the Profi team. Whenever there's a question or issue, our team contacts our dedicated manager Andrew to help us - his professionalism and product knowledge have been simply outstanding:)

What do you dislike about Profi?

With the latest scheduling update, there were a few minor bugs but they were fixed pretty quickly

The biggest benefit is convenience and much improved experience for leads and clients thanks to using Profi's all in one system.

What do you like best about Profi?

Most of all, our team likes Profi because it's easy to use, both for our teams and our clients. We've been also getting a fantastic service from the Profi team, it feels like a true partnership, rather than just a vendor<>customer relationship.

What do you dislike about Profi?

We're still trialing Profi so can't state our final verdict as of yet, but all looks good so far.

We use Profi for client onboarding and training. We used to have a mix of 3 different toolts to deliver effective client training resources but the client experience wasn't ideal, to say the least. Profi allows us to create all the training and onboarding resources we need and make them available to clients in a single straightforward portal.

Calendar sync issues. But, fortunately, they got fixed pretty quickly. Profi team is really great at reacting fast and adequately to the issues and requests from us.

What do you like best about Profi?

- It's all in one. Not having to think about reminding customers of their upcoming appointments, switching to Zoom, or sending emails is a total life saver for our coaching/implementation team.

- It's clean, professional and easy to use for our team and our SEO customers.

- Profi's support team is superb. They're always there to help us.

What do you dislike about Profi?

We've faced one bug related to our logo not displaying to customers in their portal. Profi team was pretty quick to respond and fix it.
