Helped a lot while working from home to connect with employees and other team members.

It doesn't provide the support for the google calendar so unable to get the notifications.

In the time of this pandemic, I was working with the startup and we needed something very cheap and easy to use to connect with the employees and work efficiently and it did its work very well.

It's interface is so intuitive that you don't feel the difference of what messaging app you are using and it's secure too that's make it more convenient to use for office team chats.

I am using it for the internal team communication.

Best suited for collaborating with distributed workforce. Helped the team a lot in dealing with the new normal a.k.a WFH. Makes it very easy to engage with the team and follow up. Great for training and onbording as well.

The app still needs to overcome small technical glitches. For instance, gives trouble when signing up at times.

Great collaboration tool if privacy is ultra important to you.

it was a very helpful tool for my team to monitor business engagement data & analytics it amazing tool and its UI was amazing it was really impressive and good to work on that enterprise SaaS app management.

nothing dislike all are amazing but I want to see See more engagement connectors with other apps too based on apps we use. connector failures we cant get alerts and notifications that's what I not like
