"Not Just a Phone Assistant"
What do you like best about Productive.ai?

I started using Productive.ai to help me keep track of the hundreds of relationships I manage - I have a lot of windshield time so I take a lot of calls, but it's not easy to take notes for follow-up while you're going 70 mph down the highway, until now. After every call, I can give myself little notes that are organized for when I become stationary.

That's not the best part though. From a personal standpoint, Productive.ai helps me in two ways I never thought it would. First, I can re-listen to my conversations to find opportunity to display better executive presence. More importantly though, and the reason I will be always greatful for Productive.ai is that it memorializes conversations. I may not have many ways to remember some voices of friends and family who have passed, but moving forward, I will always have access to regular conversations that I had.

What do you dislike about Productive.ai?

Productive.ai is in it's infancy right now, and the conversational model is still learning how to understand when the other party is talking. Many times, the summary will read "unknown person said..." however I have full faith that this will get resolved. It is a minor bug that doesn't affect the usage.

What problems is Productive.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Productive.ai helps me quickly keep track of all of the action items that come up on my many phone calls a day. I support >1100 accounts that escalate to me, and it was easy for things to slip through the cracks, however with Productive.ai, it helps me follow through with items quickly.

What do you like best about Productive.ai?

The amazing customer support and product and services is unlike anything out there. The ease of use of the app, number of features and integrations and ease of implementation is so helpful and amazing. I frequently and hourly use this service. I only have positive things to say about this company and productive Ai. They go above and beyond and this tool has been a life changer and has helped me so much productively and has allowed me to communicate and follow up with clients more efficiently. I enjoy sharing this to all my conworkers and friends. It is a game changer and time saver!

What do you dislike about Productive.ai?

There is nothing I dislike about productive ai.

What problems is Productive.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is allowing me to better follow up and note take during my conversations and schedule appointments. It is a time saver and has helped me and my business so much.

"Magic. Automated note taking for mobile phone calls"
What do you like best about Productive.ai?

Before finding Productive, I had searched two years for something like Otter or Gong that works for my regular mobile phone number. As a Venture Capitalist traveling often, I often dial-in to Zoom calls and take mobile phone calls from the car and airport. Having the call transcript and follow-up notes generated digitally has been awesome. The new release with automated summaries generated by AI is mind-blowing! Love this and am surprised more people haven't found it yet.

What do you dislike about Productive.ai?

Setup takes a few minutes to configure it according to your preferences and to make sure the handshake is complete with the forwarding codes your mobile phone carrier needs for activation. Once it's setup the first time, it just runs automatically and with no call delay. I hope that in future my CRM, Affinity, will finally respond to my feature requests and help integrate with Productive.ai. The Productive.ai team has been ready to do that already from their side.

What problems is Productive.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ensuring that I have call notes and follow-ups digitally documented from every important business phone call. Furthermore, that I stay compliant by notifying any counterparty that a recording is in progress if I need to record the call for my notetaking. Also, the automatization of a call summary through AI helps me send the other person on the call a summary so that they also have after-call notes. Without Productive this would take 10-15 minutes per call. With Productive I can follow-up in under 5 minutes.

What do you like best about Productive.ai?

Automated note-taking. I am on the road 3-4 hours a day, and I don't even need to touch my phone to make notes after my calls. It's fantastic.

What do you dislike about Productive.ai?

They don't support most users outside of the US currently. We have an office in London, and our team really needs access to Productive Calls there. We are told new regions are coming soon. But it's never fast enough.

What problems is Productive.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting information into the CRM, and specifically logging calls and adding notes to the account. Some team members have been reluctant to conduct the required data entry tasks to achieve a "complete" CRM. but Productive alleviates that as they sync all the data for you. Calls, Notes, Voicemails, and even allows you to create leads in the phone call itself.
