So far, I don't have any issues with them!

What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been using Product Fruits for a while now and it's made a huge difference. The onboarding guides are a lifesaver, making it super easy for new users to get the hang of our product. I also love the in-app messages for updates – it's a great way to keep everyone informed without cluttering their inboxes.

The feedback feature is another big plus. It gives us direct insights from our users, which is gold for improving our product. And, it's been great for our support team too. The self-help tools mean fewer basic queries for them to handle, freeing them up for more complex issues.

Lastly, the customization options are awesome. Being able to tweak the guides and messages to fit our brand really helps in making our users feel valued.

In short, Product Fruits has streamlined our user engagement and support, and made communication a breeze. It's a key part of our toolkit now.

Creating custom user attributes requires development work

Product Fruits has helped us improve customer onboarding by enabling us to create in-app guides, a searchable knowledgebase, tooltips and pop-ups. Users are now able to self-serve. Being able to customise when, how and where tours and other elements appear based on custom user attributes is fantastic.

The features are great, but the custome support is immaculate. Getting help from Briana and Alex was key to us launching our product in time!

Nothing yet, still searching. :) Maybe you could increase the number of optoins we get to customise the look and feel of things.

Perfect solution for our use on an IT support platform. Absolutely fantastic support all the way.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

Perhaps the UI and navigation could be improved slightly, but overall it is a very skilled product and easy to use.

What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our platform is quit technical and particularly new users sometimes find it hard to understand the UI and how to navigate. Product Fruits makes it easy to work with the platform.

What do you like best about Product Fruits?

It has a simple, straight forward setup.

I'm a startup, so building features in my app takes time.

Picture this.

I'm a startup in the code building stage.

A potential client asks about my onboarding process?

I blink.

Sweat a little.

And imagine losing a few weeks/months of my life, writing more code.

The next day, I did my research and found Product Fruits with a free trial period and a good base price.

I signed up and a day later, I had integrated PF into C#/Blazor code.

It actually took me a few minutes.

But .... you know me... I wanted to optimise the install with colours, placement, wording etc .

Anyway a day later, I had integrated these features into my site.

- Feedback

- Help button

- Announcements

- Hints

I love it.

There's more.

PF has a Knowledgebase and Chat integration tool.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

If I sound like I'm biased about PF, I am.

This is a great product.

Onboarding clients/users to my SaaS product, could be daunting.

PF lets me think about the user and quickly write content which helps them to learn my system.

Everything works smoothly so that my site looks professional and stable.

The app is very user-friendly, easy to learn,integration, Frequency of use, implementation and packed with great features. The customer support is excellent; they are always available to help you and reply in less than a minute. I've had a great experience using this app, and their prices are very fair, with excellent app quality.

What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Product Fruits has been a game-changer for us. It's easy to use, allowing us to create onboarding tours effortlessly. We use it daily to roll out new tours and monitor their performance, thanks to its valuable statistics. The customization options are impressive: we can design elements with custom CSS, seamlessly integrating them into our product's UI for a consistent user experience. Product Fruits also provides a new channel to connect with our customers directly through alerts, onboarding tours, and hints. It fosters engagement and loyalty. What's particularly great is the ability to make quick adjustments, facilitating experimentation and constant improvement. Overall, it's a valuable tool for enhancing our user onboarding process.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

When it comes to Product Fruits, there isn't much to dislike. However, if we were to point out areas for improvement, a few things come to mind.

Firstly, it would be fantastic to have the option to create individualized icons for hints. Currently, the customization options are impressive, but having the ability to design unique icons for hints would allow for even more personalized and brand-specific onboarding experiences. Secondly, while the product excels in customization, it doesn't seem possible to customize the screen size for when tours are displayed on mobile devices. Having customizable segments for screen sizes would be a valuable addition. This feature would ensure that the tours are displayed optimally across various mobile devices, enhancing the user experience on smaller screens.

Overall, these are minor points in an otherwise excellent product.

Creating onboarding Tours to guide new Users through our product and offer guidance for new feature releases.

Creating Hints to add additional information to buttons within the product that can be changed on the fly.

Creating alerts to show relevant information to specific customer segments.

What do you like best about Product Fruits?

I invested a lot of time in the quest for the right solution to onboard our clients, and I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled upon the Product Fruits platform. Initially, their description sounded almost too good to be true, which didn't exactly instill confidence right off the bat. However, after experiencing their first demo presentation and working within the system, I was incredibly impressed. Not only does it provide a comprehensive set of onboarding tools all under one roof, but their pricing plans and approach to client engagement are truly remarkable. An outstanding team and an extremely user-friendly product. I wholeheartedly recommend it for your business needs.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?
