The ease of use is one of the best things about Prodoscore.

Some of the features could be a little more detailed

The problems that

Simplicity. Working with Jessie has been great. He guided thru our first session of how to use the tool and add/remove people. Running an office with both remote and offsite employees, I really feel like i have a sense of what my staff is doing.

it was a challenge adding a second domain and allowing me to see that new domain.

Same as above. it allows me to get a sense of the work my staff is doing without taking up my time to stand over their shoulders or use invasive software.

I like that Prodoscore gives us the ability to gamify important sales processes and promote best practices to the team using positive reinforcement.

I am cautious of our teams perception Prodoscore and work to avoid any sentiment that our management uses this tool to spy because we dont trust our teams.

Gamifying Sales. Also, we are able to audit old communications from sales employees leading up to termination. This helps with customer retention and potential poaching.

I like the ease of use of Prodoscore. I also enjoy working with the team members and getting personalized service. We utilize their connections with Bullhorn, Outlook and Vonage currently.

I believe we have joined the platform in the beginning stages of their partnership with Bullhorn so we are helping them build out some of the details. This costs a little bit of time but we are ultimately getting the product where we need it to be.

Prodoscore is allowing us to view the activity and productivity of our new recruiters as well as our team that works remotely. This gives management some comfort knowing the details of production that are happening at every level. It is a great comparison tool for teams as well.

Transparency to agents and ability to see actions on a timeline

Length of time for developing integrations

Prodoscore allows us to monitor agent productivity without pulling in data from applications/websites unrelated to our business. This allows our agents to feel comfortable with the system and recognize that it is not "Big Brother"

Since shifting to an entirely remote work model, it is has been difficult to monitor agent productivity, especially by time frame, but Prodoscore allows us to do this without being too invasive to our agents.

How accomodating the CEO and the Employees. The product helps individuals to capture their productivity in an intuitive process.

No tour guide or help section for users to have knowledge about the calculations and what it goes against dates and explanation of the graphs.

The system is user-friendly and the support is fast and very helpful.

With the remote work environment, Prodoscore gives flexibility in the employee management productivity system. It's a big help to managers and trainers to work with employee work performance that provides detailed and accurate data.

Ability to manage effectively through tips for employees to be more effective with their time.

Nothing yet, everything works fine. Nothing is missing.

Helps with employee production

Only one so far is Teams messaging has been off lately, but other than that all good. Definitely more productive. No issues.

Customer Service is fantastic. The tool is easy to implement and extremely helpful for the entire organization from top to bottom.

Prodo is growing and there are some challenges along the way. We are a unique company so it would be impossible to meet all of our needs perfectly.

It's a great tool that is scalable and will provide much needed insight into your organization.

They were the best next step to help us become a remote organization. The gamification is easy to buy into and everyone is encouraged to do their part! Prodoscore has really helped SEG.

I can make sure that my team is working

The ability to monitor incoming and outgoing messages, chats, etc. We are able to ensure that our messaging is correct and our employees are providing proper guidance to our clients.

The actual score is a bit difficult to dial in correctly. We have had some issues with some of the connections between Prodoscore and some of the software services we use. While the Prodoscore team attempts to resolve these issues, it can be problematic. Additionally, we've had some trial and error getting the formulas correct to ensure that our most desired activities are weighted the most.

Definitely worth considering. It has helped us and can be useful for other companies as well.

Monitoring productivity and working hours has allowed us to better focus our employees. We know when our employees are most productive and this has helped us review disputes and reinforce best practices.
