I enjoy Procures integration and reliability.
There is nothing I dislike. I have no complaints.

ProCore is streamlining housing of data for our projects in one platform vs four.
The versitiality for our company. We are able to add and interact with all of out Subcontractors in one platform for all of our projects.
The lack of intigration with Quickbooks.
Currently we do not have any major issues. I love being able to contact Procore regarding any of our issues and if they don't have an answer we take it to the community forum. The forum is a huge help to learn new ideas and problem solving.
The ball in court gates are what sold us. The bright orange buttons simplify the user experience.

Not emailing documents constantly. Also, there's a gate system where people know with certainty where the process is currently.

I haven't run into any "negatives" yet with this application, and we've been on PROCORE for about the past 5 years. Procore has definitely made the management of construction data much easier, and the ability to collaborate with others outside of our organization much more robust.
Management of:
1. Drawing revisions, and archival of historical data.
2. RFI's.
3. Submittals.
4. Documentation repository, and retrieval.
All of these benefits have made it easier to manage day-to-day requirements.
It does a LOT and with a little bit of reading/training tools can be leveraged to help your organization win.
It has a lot of features which can be overwhelming to a new user.
Task and budget management.
Procore keeps our communications and paperwork running smooth throughout the project! Submittals, RFI's and document control is great! I also like the integrations with schedules and Outlook for emails.
There is not much that I don't like about Procore. I have had one or two people struggle with some of the functions and subcontractors that already have accounts not be able to see our projects.
Our document control problem and record keeping. We are saving time on submittals and have better control with them. RFI's are recorded and the Ball in Court keeps everyone on their toes.

Where to start.. We have been able to really update our invoicing system with Procore. Having our clients submit invoicing through Procore makes things smooth and straight forward and way less room for error,
