"At the core of our business"
What do you like best about PROCESIO?

Like most process automation or no/low code platforms, Procesio does what it promises. What it stands out with is that it has a clear and intuitive dashboard, and functionalities available in the process designer are powerfully customizable.

Our main benefit using Procesio is that we managed to create a powerfull sales team by automating our CRM and adding/pushing data to other tools.

What do you dislike about PROCESIO?

For the moment, they don't have a MYSQL connection integration. The only option that is available to connect to a database is a Microsoft SQL (MSSQL) integration.

What problems is PROCESIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem it solves is human resources. Until now, we needed to hire people for specific cases to cover some gaps in our processes that we couldn't automate in-house. To automate in-house, we needed developers, which are somewhat scarce these days. With Procesio, we created the automation and didn't need to hire anybody new. It saved time and costs.

Easy to use, possibility to use C#, and the support is outstanding

Nothing so far, and i'm sure the support will handle anything i migth dislike

What do you like best about PROCESIO?

We were looking for a solution to migrate data for our clients from older CRMs to newer software safely and securely. Our clients typically hold years of information that also need to be cleansed, categorized, and transferred into new databases in newer, simpler formats, and so we’ve tried PROCESIO to automate this process.

We were afraid that we would have problems using the app and setting all up but the friendly team at procesio guided us at every step and we really felt they were invested into the success of our project.

Also, every time we have a question they are really helpful

We configured once and we’re now using the same primary method with only minor tweaks for each client.

What do you dislike about PROCESIO?

I did not see any downsides. I think there were some doubts in our team since they are pretty young company - but this turned out to be a major advantage. Their energy is great

Recommendations to others considering PROCESIO:

Try it - they will exceed your expectations for sure

We migrated our old crms to newer systems.

This is an ongoing process that was kind of tedious and would take ages and some manual work

Now with procesio it just takes some minor tweaks and a new deployment is ready
