Sometimes the program has errors that take time to be corrected, which prevents me from doing daily paperwork.

Overall the program works well most days. On occasion I can’t perform necessary tasks and this creates additional stress and delay lbs.

It has what we need for many departments

Communication for troubleshooting can be slow

Working with multiple departments with all different needs and allowing all departments to access what they need. It is great or organization-wide access to information as needed, limiting private data on clients to users who need it but allowing access for all jobs to get done.

It is a fluid platform that allowed me to quickly chart, make notes and assess revenue. Overall, it made sense on how to access different areas and charting. Did not need to interact with customer service after the first couple weeks. Company was great at answering questions and being patient as they walked through some learning curves.

I worked out in the community and often accessed via 4G networks and was a bit slow due to connection.

Helps assess and identify new opportunities to increase workflow and monitor patient utilization. The cost was minimal which helped in the long run, having a consistent program.

It is definitely handy for being able to use my computer to create and update treatment plans and diagnostic assessments. It has also made it easier to keep track of my workflow.

color choices that help to show appointment types

Doesn’t keep your customizations on your schedules. It makes you re enter them everyday. Not intuitive and looks designed sloppy. Not visually pleasing.
