We have integrated Procare with Tuition Express and it has been so seamless to collect payments and charge families each week.

There is a limit to the length of time families can put in to auto deduct payments, and if they forget to redo it, then they can get behind.

Procare helps us keep our billing, enrollment, and tracking all in one place for registration at our childcare center.

I love how this software is all-inclusive for childcare needs. I can track student/teacher ratios. I can track timecards, payroll, newsletters, parent/student files, staff files, and marketing leads. The automation to parents for messaging, tuition payments in the billing section, keep up with lunch menus for the food program. Providing reports when I request it

There is not much I can say I dislike about this software. Possibly have options to buy materials or products from this company, such as Ipads, tablets, kiosks or something similar.

I had issues with my bank card and accepting payments, but it was quickly resolved. I have no problem receiving money now. My funds are directly deposited within 1-3days.

User-friendly, several report options to filter to desired information

I do not have dislikes at this time other than it freezing periodiclly.

I like that everything I could possibly need to run a childcare setting is found under one app. As records need to be kept procare has a spot and record keeping is easy breazy! It's easy to maneuver around and easy to teach others to use as well. Our company switched over to this program over a year ago and using it has never been an issue for me!

Sometimes I will get confused when looking for forms, so I need to remember to switch from family account back over to employee accounts.

I would like to see improvements during the day procare often does maintenance, and I have to wait to log back on. I wish it would not completely log me out if I step away, but I understand because of the accounts and privacy.

I don't have any problems with procare. Benefits are forever being found. There is everything available for childrens record from their address down to their shot records.

I have used so many daycare softwares over the year and this one is by far the best. The interface is so user friendly and way less buggy then all the ones ive used in the past. The notifications are in real time and it makes it super easy to email my teachers.

I dont have any complaints about the app. So far its checked all the boxes on needs and wants for my kids

I can reach my teachers fast and also stay up to date with what my kids are doing throughout the day

I would definitely give it a try

Less ecurity issues at our school. When checking a child in and out, it prints a ticket for you. Drop off and pickup aren’t permitted without a ticket. This makes parents feel safe when leaving their children in our care.

This program is used on the everyday bases at the childcare program I work at and is very reliable.

The only time we ran into a problem with this program is when it crashes every one and a while.

The simplicity of the program. Very user friendly and if you need support, they are very responsive. Love the options of all the different modules.

There is nothing that I do not like about procare.
