Problems related to Procure to Source and Procure to pay. It has benefitted me a lot with analytical data provided for every Requirement

It is very easy to navigate. We only use it to receive POs and confirm available quantities.

The best feature of this tool is its customized and has the best saving in this also the management with this tool is very easy and it's very effective.

The dislike of this tool still didn't have any kind of a problem with this tool which is good for us.

The savings with this tool is amazing and the best part of this product is we can customize this as per our requirement. It's easy to put the track of procurement items data, vendor management, best quality and time-saving.

The implementation of PRM360 Invoice Management has brought manifold benefits to the organization, our long vision to have automated invoice process was realized. Invoices received with more structured way, we need not spend time in scanning those invoices, checking multiple transaction for correctness of Invoices. PRM360 provides an option where vendors can directly send invoices and also track the status of Invoices. Invoices then are checked with different rules and post that Invoices are posted in ERP system. PRM360 provides a seamless integration with ERP system

Mobile app for this process would have been a great advantage which would have enables vendors to submit and track the status of Invoices anytime. I am not happy with the support sometimes.

By Missing payment to vendors our relationship with vendors were badly affected, we had a process which never was meeting the industry standard. PRM360 provided with necessary option that made our payment been made on time and more important was our workload on AP team was reduce drastically.

The Vendor portal fetch many advantage to the organization. Being a web application, vendor find it easy access to the system when required. Vendors gets notified if shortlisted for quote submission, they can submit the quote through portal. They get to know the status of their quote submitted. They can view Purchase Order when honoured with PO hence no need to send any mail to them for PO. The PO can be acknowledge by vendors. It also provides delivery management system where vendors can inform organization about the deliveries. and also they vendors can submit their invoices and have track on it

Vendors though given with various options few vendors partially participate as they are more convenient with mobile app, hence mobile app is needed in PRM360. Please improve the UI of the system.

We found difficulty is managing all vendors, on boarding new vendors. PRM360 provides a very good solution that easily get adapted by all vendors. On boarding of vendors became easy, tracking vendor performance is added advantage. Being a SaaS application is can be deployed is a quick span

The whole P2P process get automated with PRM360 application, it has added more value to the organization, they provide option to consolidate PR’s, template driven RFQ’s, notification to vendors until they submit their quote has made our work smarter. Vendors actively participate in Quote submission and also in auction. All the reports of auction get generates. a proper approval system ensure vendors get finalized post approval only. The integration with ERP ensure that all the data like PR’s , PO’s are in perfect sync

The UI interface needs to be more enhanced and performance can be improved. Rest everything is good they have interactive reports which helps us in completing our regular work quick.

Initially it was tough for us to consolidate our master data and share it with PRM team but at the end they helped us in taking our data dump and giving us an solution with it.

PRM360's application's vendor bidding process is very well organized. As a payment option, our company has selected assistance over the bidding process. The tool also has a feature where it can assist the vendors in participating in the auction without any obstacles. The good thing is that they have separate vendor support that receives training from PRM360 trainers. We would like to use PRM360 in the long run as the tool is easy to use and understand what needs to be done.

Occasionally, our vendors were unable to participate in the bidding or submit quotations, but support is provided. Simple modifications to the application can easily resolve the majority of recurring issues. As a result, we suggested some layout adjustments that made it easier for our users to work effectively. But the support team has taken care of the issues which we raised and resolved them quickly. We are fine with using the PRM360 tool. But would suggest that they make note of our requirements at the start itself.

All our procurement processes now run on a single platform. We have a large database, so it was hard to keep track of every supplier and vendor. The dynamic dashboards were very helpful in displaying our data. The tool was extremely user-friendly.

Vendors were presented a platform where they have all the information which they basically used to communicated through email. a perfect log of all the process made every user accountable for their activities. The application is the good option for P2P automation , but I still advised team for better UI option. More dashboards and analytices options would be appreciated.

All the activities connected to P2P process were manual and was no sync with our ERP system. PRM360 made our process simplest and was able to provide the solution that we needed , the very first demo of the product brought confidence on product and team

PRM360 solution highly customizable platform that provided solution through which we can make faster decision and able to finalize vendors in shortest time. It has very good features of catalogue management, contract management, RFQ process and conducting auction. It’s easy to operate platform where the users and even vendors found it the best platform to share RFQ’s and submit quotes. comparative preparation sheet is prepared automatically and hence we need to spend time and effort in preparing it. auction with vendors are been conducted with greater transparency

The application is full of pros but would appreciate if the UI design becomes more attractive, Costly product for customizations, and additional modules they are offering.

We had to spend lots of effort in finalizing the vendors and the time we used to take in analysing the requirement and floating the RFQ was enormous. PRM360 provided apt solution , they have huge expert in P2P and they played a key role in not only automating but making our process the best.
