What do you like best about Prismana?

While acting as the Sales Operations Manager for a $30M marketing company, we implemented Prismana to supplement our lead tracking efforts. Immediately we recognized that our existing tracking system was inaccurate, Prismana showed that many times our leads were originating from sources other than we thought they were.

What historically would have been classified as a company website direct lead was in actuality a Social Media first touch. Many times the potential customer would learn of us first through a paid Facebook post, then they would close their browser page and go directly to our website and fill out a form to be contacted by one of our reps. Without Prismana we would have never known that the client originated through a paid social media campaign, we would have assumed they found us directly through a search on the internet. We finally could see what our paid social media campaigns were actually doing for us, allowing us to boost or pivot as need be.

We then made use of Prismana's phone number swap out tracking, which changes the number on the company website to match a phone number specific to our campaign, thus allowing all inbound call traffic to be quantified as a lead from a specific marketing effort. Prior we would ask the customer how they heard about us, now we didn't need to ask, we knew exactly where they came from.

There is no doubt in my mind, Prismana is worth every penny. Without it lead quantification is only a good guess, with Prismana everything becomes scientific. If you truly want to know where your leads are originating from, then make the wise decision to use this tool.

What do you dislike about Prismana?

There isn't much, each time I let the Prismana team know about my concerns they took it into consideration and in most all instances they improved the software to include what it was that we needed. So if there is something that you dislike, there is a great chance it will be fixed or added soon after you let them know.

Recommendations to others considering Prismana:

Absolutely give this product a chance, it will impress you instantly.

What problems is Prismana solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prismana allows you to peak behind the curtain and see what truly is what when it comes to your lead generation efforts. Instead of thinking you know that a lead came from a particular marketing effort, it tells you exactly where it originated. The benefit is less wasted time and money in supporting a marketing campaign that is not bringing about the required outcomes, it allows for well thought out pivots.

What do you like best about Prismana?

I love that it is a unified solution that allows us to understand which of our marketing efforts are working and which ones are not. It allows us to make adjustments relatively quickly and save our clients money.

I like that it's really easy to use. The interface is clean and not cluttered.

I like that it doesn't disrupt any of our current systems. It just lays over what we have in place now.

I love that it will work with any channel we use it for.

I like that they are always looking for user feedback. They have a private feedback mechanism where you can put in feature requests and let them know what enhancements you would like to see.

I like the price. :-)

What do you dislike about Prismana?

They are a fairly new company so I know there are some features that are probably coming soon that aren't available yet. They haven't shared much about what is in their roadmap.

They are working on their integrations and reporting platform now. I wish it was available.

Recommendations to others considering Prismana:

Make sure you have all of your channel contact information before signing up. Get your additional phone numbers, emails, etc all assigned to their respective channels first. It will make your implementation a snap.

What problems is Prismana solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gets rid of our anxiety regarding us not having an easy way to really know if our SEO or paid advertising or social or email was working.
