Ryan was amazing! He gave a great demo and really helped me understand the platform before I purchased. The 30 day free trial was key in determining if the platform would work for my company or not. Purchasing was super easy and straightforward, and it's the best deal out there! Ryan and Gabriel were very available and willing to answer all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. Simply great service and an easy to use platform.
It was a bit confusing realizing that the 360's results were organized by the subject of the feedback. There was not a simple way to see who the user was reviewing, only who is reviewing that user. But once I figured that out, it was fine!
Our 360 process was totally manual before and we had done it through google sheets. This was a terribly long process and caused our management team a lot of stress. With Primalogik360, there is no manual aggregation of data and sharing the data is super simple. The managers at my company were very happy with me for introducing Primalogik360.

Their customer service was excellent. I spoke at length with Ryan during our implementation and he walked me through set-up and helped troubleshoot any issues that popped up. I would not hesitate to recommend Primalogik to any group looking for objective feedback from leadership/staff.
Our organization wanted to know what the staff thought of their supervisors. We also wanted to see how our department's faculty felt about how the department was being ran.
Primalogik allowed me to customize the modules purchased so we could pilot the system. Customer service was EXCELLENT the entire process and we found the user experience to be 8/10.
More control over the user experience, especially the pre-worded text and the email frequency and content that went out to our users.
Consider trying only the modules you need as a test drive.

There was only one thing we were missing from the software but they have just enabled it for us. Not much to mention, maybe the design could be nicer.

For me the best thing about Primalogik is the contact we have with the team behind it. Nothing is a problem for them, they are eager to help us and they always get back to us straight away.
There is nothing I don't like about Primalogik. When we were looking around for Performance Management Software, Primalogik was most in-line with our needs.
Apart from being the simplest software that we could find (we didn't want one with lots of extra gizmos like a points system or a chat system for employees), I would say that the quality of customer care you receive from Primalogik is second-to-none. They really go out of their way to help you and for this reason I would totally recommend Primalogik.
Before Primalogik we were conducting performance reviews that were very much in a top-down hierarchy but now we have introduced a more holistic approach by way of the 360 degree review. This has benefitted us because it allows everyone's voices to be expressed and also for each person so have some really meaningful feedback.
Easy to start working with the tool. Very easy to manage. Ideal if you need a quick start. Cost is manageable.
Some limitations to replicate and organize questionnaires
Very easy to use. I reviewed many tools and this was the easiest and with better support. Pricewise is competitive.

Anonymous 360 degree feedback, helps us to digitally display what we imagined to do with our team. Processes are straight forward and easy to handle, saves us all the time we would have had to invest doing it with e.g. google forms instead, especially in terms of user management, inviting for review etc.
360 Evals. We use them extensively. The ease of use of the product is such that we perform evals every 6 months.
The interfaces is not as intuitive as you might like.

We have a geographically distributed team. Primalogik allows for a very robust method of evaluating my remote team.
The application is simple yet provides exactly what you would expect and what they commit to in their description of the software. It is very intuitive and an administrator can be proficient in 30-60 minutes. There is no training required for regular users. It has a very clean interface yet provides for a significant amount of customization. The customer support is excellent - timely and knowledgeable - there for you no matter what size customer you are for them.
There are always tradeoffs when using software that has a goal of simplicity. However I think they have made the right decisions in this case.
A simple to use performance management tool that provides a process for self and management feedback, together with 360 performance capabilities. This software also allows for quick surveys which my clients use for employee pulse surveys.
