The Where-to-Buy solution of pricespider is an importal tool to support a seamless costumer journey on our manufacturer website for end costumers and to build up and drive partnerships with our retailers. We are working with the pricespider team for many years and we are super happy with the support and consultancy how we can improve our business. The commitment of the team cannot be put into words and is incredibly professional. I also want to highlight that the onboarding of new retailers by the team is uncomplicated and fast.
I wish more (all) retailers would accept the integration of the sales pixel for better data-driven collaboration

I loved how easy it was to implement the PriceSpider Where to Buy tool on our websites. Everything is managed in with straightforward code snippets on the website so I don't need to pull in developer resources to make changes. The widget options are simple to customize within the PriceSpider platform and I love that I can preview everything there first before implementing on my site. The dashboards are simple and intuitive so I can easily review leads and sales at a glance so that I can see which products and which retailers are performing best for me. In my role managing content-only sites, adding the Where to Buy Online and local options are so important to me so that I am able to report on the website's indirect impact on revenue. Additionally, it provides a better experience for our consumers who may be researching our products to get direct links to purchase on the site they are already on, versus having to them leave our site and conduct additional searches to find what they need, which gives more of an opportunity to lose them before they convert. The PriceSpider team is also very helpful and easy to work with.
I wish there was more I could to do to self-serve directly in the platform, like add new products when we have launches or change out retailers. However, for things like this that I need to log a support ticket for, the team is very responsive so it hasn't been a big deal.
We don't have DTC ecommerce capabilities on our website anymore, but I wanted a way to make it easy for any consumers browsing our website to be able to purchase our products at our preferred retail partners, as well as have a way to measure these conversions that originated on our website. Prior to adding PriceSpider, we had no way to know what activities were happening after a user viewed a product on our sites. We have equipped hundred of brand websites with WheretoBuy/BuyNow capabilities and also leverage Shoppable for Social Media campaigns. On top of the easy of use to implement we are redirecting our consumers to either offline shops or retailers eCommerce websites. PriceSpider team are of a great help, always costumer focused and proactive when it comes to communication. Very happy customer and highly recommending PriceSpider!
I cannot think of any downsides, however based on experience, we do require some change management in order to execute the implementation faster.

For products that do not have ability to sell online or are catalogue sites this is extremely helpful to still have a website but also be able to send customers to where they can actually purchase the product. It has been extremely useful to also be able to follow consumer journey and see which retailers they find it easiest to purchase products from.
Wish that all retailers would give access to PriceSpider to have full access to analytics and shopping journey/ what was actually purchased.
Understanding the consumer journey and being able to provide an outlet for consumers to still come to our site but then have a journey to purchase the product.
