Premier helped us solve many issues; most importantly eliminating double entry in multiple systems and tracking payment on subcontracts. It's a huge improvement from our previous software.

I wish the workflows were more customizable.. the process is slightly different for our two different divisions and it would be helpful to differentiate at the division level.

Eliminating double entry, separating divisions under the same company, and tracking approval statuses has allowed us to be more productive.

Premier has been a true game-changer, it’s exceptionally user-friendly and adaptable. It’s been a pivotal tool in bridging the gap between operations and finance. Thanks to Premier, we successfully encouraged our project managers to proactively utilize the platform for tasks such as entering subcontracts, change orders which has resulted in improved financial transparency for their projects. The outstanding Premier training team played a critical role in facilitating the adoption. Now, everyone is effectively managing their budgets and monitoring projects real-time.

There are not many aspects I dislike. But if you are unfamiliar with the construction or real estate development industry it will take longer for you to understand the benefits

Bridging operations and finance

Premier is very easy to use and I like how the Premier team is always listening to its customers and regularly makes enhancements to its product.

I wish some of the financial reporting was more flexible

The subcontractor pay app portal is fantastic. Helps reduce errors.

The Premier support tram is THE BEST. They are committed to their client's success and are quick to respond to questions and suggestions. It is evident that Premier has a great company culture.

They are always developing new features and roll out updates frequently.

No cons with the software itself, just cons in getting our team to change old habits and utilize the efficiency of the software.

All in one cloud-based accounting and project management means no more syncing nightmares between different software. Information flows in real time for more accuracy and speed.

Ease of access is important to us and Jonas helps with that

Dashboard info is inaccurate, particularly net cash flow.

Change order tracking

All of the built in features and automation.

We don't currently use subcontracts and some of the features work better if setting up contracts in the system.

Lien waivers and a global multi company dashboard.

It's literally the best synergistic system that marries the financial/accounting side with the project management/job management side. I can't say enough great things about this system. It's user friendly, so intuitive, and the automated features remove countless number of steps for all the various positions within the company.

I wish there was a Top Level where multiple companies info could be entered at once.

It's allowing us to better manage our projects, bill more accurately and timely, and keep solid accounting financials.

Premier is a great software satisying most, if not all, of our accounting and PM needs. The seamless integration between PM and accounting features helped us bridge the communication gap between team members. Furthermore it really brought a greater understanding between the teams and how teams can set up other teams for success

Well theres double edge sword that Premier doesnt allow certain actions (that would otherwise be avaliable in other accounting software). At same time this can be good when you have non-financial people using.

Reduce data entry and manual reporting between PM and accounting teams. Faster access to that data enabling better decision making.

Premier is great to integrate both project costing and accounting/finance for our projects. The system is very intuitive and we've really enjoyed using.

Even it's that we've disliked or thought could improve, Premier has worked to make hem better!

Tracking and maintaining project budgets, including subcontract management.

What is super helpful is the dashboard. From this screen you are able to see the health of your project at a glance.

So far I like everything. Just need to keep learning the software.
