I do believe that they are professional in ads, visuals, but I would add one more star if the team, including onboarding, and during the concept validation, could dive deeper into the market and product to find the best positioning.
After we worked with the full-service team, I learned that it took a long time for the whole team to understand the product and during the prelaunch, they won't spend that much time.
If it's a complicated product and you do not have a clear idea of the positioning, you need to have a second thought.

We'd like more details during the process regarding working angles, top creatives, and META KPIs without having to wait for the final report.
