We have used Preferred Patron for 3 years now and am really happy with our choice. The customer service with Brett and Matt has been exceptional and they are always quick to reply to any concerns. They really care about the user experience and have the knowledge to answer our questions compared to other tech support we have used.

We continue to have new customers sign up with the rewards program and it keeps our regulars coming back more often. The program itself is extensive for a variety of applications but we stick to the basics for our restaurant.

Definitely recommended.

Customer service is #1 at Preferred Patron
Wow! Customer service is definitely the number one priority with Preferred Patron. We were informed by the company that was handling our previous reward program that they were discontinuing the loyalty program in their portfolio and that we needed to find another one to pick up. Best news we got from them, as they don't really care about you as long as your check clears on time. Not so with Preferred Patron! Regular calls and check-ins during the transition period, immediate care of hardware replacement when necessary, and the program itself is far superior to what we were used to before. I would not hesitate to recommend Preferred Patron to any business that needs a loyalty/reward program as a replacement or upgrade.

I've used Preferred Patron Customer since 2011…
I've used Preferred Patron Customer Loyalty since 2011 at my Golf Facility.
Our guests love that we recognize our Loyal Customers and we love that we no longer have to discount product in order to reward them. My staff is amazed at how engaged our guests are in the program and has created so much Loyalty in our customers. I looked at MANY programs and Preferred Patron is superior to any other programs I have tested. I would recommend them VERY Highly.

A Great Program and Support Team!
