Notifications on the orders, makes sure suppliers are recieving orders.
Lots of information to fill in but it does make it easier to find something you have previously ordered.
Creates recipts if you do not recive all items can check in certain ones, and will keep up with not recieving items.
IT'S A VERY EASY WAY TO GET THE REFUND. VERY EFFICIENT AND FAST.
I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.I LIKE IT SO MUCH
IT'S SAVING TIME AND EFFORT TO GET YUR FUNDS BACK.
From an Admin & Organisational roll out standpoint we've found Precoro has a really simple interface, very flexible for team needs, which makes customisation very easy, it has fast and efficient functionality & extremely attentive & knowledgeable staff
Haven't been using it long but after a few months there is pretty much zero negativity & or issues that haven't been addressed and or solved with ease, all good at the outset tbh.
The migration from the old paper based system wasn't and isn't pleaseant for most teams & managers, but that is expected with all new system implementation. Vendors all seeem to be fine with the changes, so only the internal adjustments posed and pose an issue.
The handling of all requests is intuitive and I no longer have to worry about stored documents. It just does what it's supposed to do
no drawbacks, but if I want to find something, localization into more languages
it's quick and easy, hospitalities approval
As a Service Department member, I overlap slightly with our Purchasing Department. When I was tasked with doing invoices I was reluctant due to extra time. But Precoro has a good flow to the process.
When an invoice is in draft status it can not be edited by anyone else. Would nice to allow Admins to at least edit drafts.
Steamlining our Purchase Requisition and Invoice process.
Precoro helped us centralize and automate purchase requesting, approvals, etc., as well as centralize information about each area budget and its status. The level of customization and information it allows us to input is amazing and we are really happy about having implemented Precoro and using it!
Sometimes too much customization can be overwhelming - but it's hardly a "dislike", is more of a "make sure you get the necessary training!".
Also, the approval system can be improved, but I have little visibility if it's Precoro's limitation or the way the company set it up.
Automating Purchases and automating budget consumption to maximize visualization and consistency of the data. Made us save a lot of manual time, and minimize ad hoc requests to our Procurement team to know the status of our team budget.
Precoro has been great to work with, although it took some time to adjust. There's definitely room for improvement as with everything but there's a lot of thought out into all the features. Making an order is very easy since everything is consolidated!
Something that is really important for my job is making receipts on my purchase orders, and I usually make them for multiple at a time. The only downside I'm experiencing is that when I make a receipt and I submit it, I'm taken back to my previously made receipts rather than all my other purchase orders that need receipts. It seems like a small thing but it makes the process a bit longer and repetitive because I have to keep pressing create receipt. Other than that piece of feedback, I'd recommend Precoro!!
Being able to easily access all of my necessary items that usually need repurchasing and take the initiative/take care of what I need for me and my team at work.
Precoro is an excellent platform for requisitions, invoice and accounts. I have used other competitive products and this by far is the most user friendly and
Things are working well if there qas a feature to improve it would be how receipts are created
Precoro allows us to requisition and invoice in an education setting with ease and accountability and I more productive as a result

Keeping departments in line with their operating budgets
You can submit a PO without assigning a budget line item
It is not allowing departments to just go out and purchase something and expect reimbursement. They are slowly learning to stay within the confines of a budget.
