What i like best about PractiTest is how it's easy and straightforward to use.

It has a clean UI/UX that is so user friendly and makes it extremely easy to get started with it as soon as possible.

Uploading test cases from Excel to PractiTest is very easy, good and useful.

The customer support team is quick to respond.

One of the biggest challenges is how it asks for login after every 30 minutes which seems to be uncomfortable.

PractiTest is a great and convenient platform for test management, and software testing.

In practiTest, we can execute tests by creating customized suites and the execution status is very understandable.

PractiTest doesn't have inbuilt integration for few automation tools like Katalon Studio

Earlier we used to have google sheets to handle test cases and need to update the automation execution status manually. by using Practitest we can maintain the tests very cleanly.

Test case import is really good, having a unique id for the test case throught out the test sets is a good feature when compared to other tools. User friendly and easy to use.

1. When we open any test set, it takes longer time to load, I understand we have many test cases in the test set

2. Test case assignment to the team: When we have multiple test cases in a test set, and if we want to assign only specific test cases, then we filter out using Sub-component and select all the test cases and bulk edit to assign it to a person. After the assignment is done, it takes long time to load the page

3. If we want to filter Status field with Pass, we can select it and filter it out as expected. But if we want to filter all the test cases with all status expect Pass, we have to manually select rest all options expect Pass to do so. If we have a feature to select only excluded field, it helps

4.Cannot filter test cases which is assigned to No one

Using PractiTest, we can see all the previous release execution releases and attachment at one go which is really helpful to backtrack

All the data is documented properly

When i tried to navigate back sometimes system is taking long time to reload.
