I love how quick, easy and secure it is to access all of my client's websites in one location. Having over 150 clients with multiple logins for each, Practice Protect has simplified our process all while keeping the safety of the client's sensitive information secure.
Nothing, everything is excellent! If there is ever an issue, the support staff is right there to answer and solve the problem within 24 hours.
The two issues I have had are adding a new app to the main screen and then when a website updates, the password not functioning as it should.

Practice Protect solves the problem of security in many ways. There is one login which means all the different passwords are remembered in the system so team members don't even know their passwords. This gives us peace of mind.
PracticeProtect has been a great addition to our tech stack for our accounting firm. We have a fully remote team and wouldn't be able to function securely without it. The team love that all their logins are in one place and I love that I don't have to worry about the safety of client data. The support is also great and we work with the PP team regularly to ensure that we are set up and running our systems in the most efficient way possible.
The only downside I have (and there may be a way to fix this that I don't know of) is not being able to access apps via phone anymore as the password is unknown. For example, the Xero phone app.
Cyber security is a huge threat to our industry and for me, PracticeProtect is key to ensuring not only our client data is secure but so is our own. The customer service is simple. Just email, and within a few minutes, you have a Tech Support person (Kurt is a champion) assisting you.
I wouldn't say it's a dislike, but if we could add apps in Chrome, instead of having to use Firefox, it would be handy. But it is a real minor thing.
The biggest problem was the storage of so many passwords in a safe, secure way, and authorizing certain staff access to certain passwords, programs, applications. This is so easy with PP.
It's security, controlling staff's setup and in detail what they can and cannot access.
The Security LOL, it takes some getting used to but is so important. Never will we not have this level of security again.

In the beginning, I was a bit skeptical to make the move and use Practice Protect, but looking back I am sorry why I did not use it earlier as it just makes everything much easier as we all know there is just so many usernames and passwords to remember but since joining the Practice Protect its set and forget and everything is just at the click of a button and off you go.
If you are thinking of joining don't, just do it you will not be sorry, you will only be sorry if you don't do it. I just don't know where I would be if I did not join and used it myself.
All company apps on the same platform and password protected as well as easily allocated to the new staff members as well as revoking rights to existing staff in need be. Not to mention hassle-free passwords for all the apps used as they are managed by the system administrator.
