Others appreciate its comprehensive features, citing its robust charting capabilities, e-prescribing functionality, and patient portal. However, some users criticize the system's lack of customization options and occasional technical glitches. While many users acknowledge its value for smaller practices, some express concerns about its suitability for larger organizations.

The user interface is user friendly. Practice management is very helpful.
interoperability is not very good in this application .
It is the perfect application to help medical users to perform their day-to-day operations very smoothly
That templates can be created according to our needs
Adding prescriptions is slow since you must add one and then go in again.
Mips calculator at the end of the year, scheduling and keeping appointments nice and clear
Practice Fusion is low cost (~$120/month). It is very intuitive and easy to use. I was able to easily make personalized templates that made documenting office visits or televisits quick and thorough. Just like with any EHR, there is a learning curve at first, but the learning curve with Practice Fusions was faster than any other EHR I have used. I have been completely satisfied with the product since I started using it 5 years ago.
I strongly recommend adding Updox to the EHR. It allows for online consent forms to be reviewed and signed by patients and saved to the charts, as well as faxing and a streamlined televisit format.
The interoffice communication functionality needs to be improved. It's somewhat difficult to send my nurses messages.
Portable, fast ability to schedule office visits and document encounters. The price is reasonable.
I love the ease of entering in a new patient and the scheduling technique. (:
I dislike the messages feature, I mean I like that it allows us to document each time we enter the chart, BUT I don't like that we can't edit them.
I would say the scheduling aspect.
I have been using PF for over 5 years, and despite occasional consideration of other platforms, it always wins out! Practicenfusion provides a simple user experience with options for customization to provide a streamlined administrative process.
I dislike not having a dedicated rep or person to speak with regarding minor issues that arise.
We have more connectivity options with patients including telehealth through the UPDOX integration and ease of charting to minimize administrative burden.
PROS: Other EHR software are pretty confusing. Practice Fusion is not like them at all. It keeps everything organized in an easy-to-understand manner. The user interface is so intuitive that there is really not much training required. The software is pretty basic but it gets everything done. I also love how there were four necessary documentation sections (SOAP note).
CONS: Very seldom, the software crashes and leaves us hanging. These episodes could last around 5 minutes and sometimes even reach 2 hours.
PROS: PF makes notetaking easy. Overall, the user interface is just a breeze. I have used many solutions for EMR in my practice and many of them cost around $500 per provider every month. But PF trumps them all when it comes to ease of use. Many of them lack critical features as well. On top of all that, PF is free!
CONS: There may be some features that I would like PF to add but they are not a deal-breaker. PF is still my favorite.
PROS: I like how it is well organized. We can pull up pertinent information easily.
CONS: I hope that they add a duplication identification feature. Sometimes, people input duplicates and this makes it hard to find the accurate and complete one.
PROS: It organizes our information in one single database.
CONS: The messaging function is not great. It is also hard to navigate in the software. One time I closed one screen but I apparently made it "hidden" instead. Also, there are times when it is hard to find things within "tasks".

It's the new version of it. It's very easy use when making notes nothing to worry about the prescription. It's all listed on the left side. No hassle.
Actually there's nothing to mention about. All good. Maybe, at least make another pinned note available for new pinned note and make sure to resize it to a little more to have space.
It's happening on the pld version of it when it comes to making a notes and specially when it's regarding calling in refills. I found it hard to go back to summary home page to do copy and paste. But after having new version, it's very time saving. We can just see the med list on the left without leaving the notes.
