PB has a clean interface, easy UX, quick to learn without tutorials and simple to implement into a medical or wellness practice. It allows me to connect with my patients and offer quick answers to them and their customer support team is timely with resolving problems

Since starting with Practice Better over 3 years ago, my billing, scheduling, group program management, and client tracking have all become easier. I love that the platform streamlines almost everything I do with clients and gives them an app interface to conduct all of their business with me!
There are still some areas for improvement with the food logging database and chat features in the group programs. Overall great though!

Practice Better has allowed me to manage all the moving parts of my multi-faceted business from one place. This is most helpful for organization and followup. Also, Practice Better works well for both my in-person and virtual services, as well as my product offerings.
The only downside of Practice Better has been sizing image headers for programs. This minor inconvenience that is grossly overshadowed by all of the benefits.
The protocols, notes and chat features allow me to keep all client communications in one place which solved the problem of piecing together client info and updates from multiple sources - email, text messages, etc - while keeping the information HIPAA compliant.
The tags and broadcast features allow me to group clients together in various ways that make sense for me, and send specific messaging to those groups at once, eliminating the need for an email list.
Personalized recommendations and forms are easily edited and added to a protocol that can then be sent to a client, and available for future review by both of us.

There is a learning curve for the food journal, and many clients say it's harder to navigate compared to something like My Fitness Pal.
Having everything in one which helps me not to have to have a million different accounts for everything.
The Practice Better software is extremely easy to use, and because it frees up so much time, you can grow your business and increase your revenues. The customer support is first class with updated webinars to help you navigate the site and grow your business.
It's hard to report negatively about Practice Better. As a UK user I still haven't integrated my labwork with my registered clients.

I tried a couple other platforms brieftly and I loved that Practice Better had an everygreen program option as well as a way to keep by clients info and set up appointments with them all in one platform. It was easy to use, I was able to set up quickly and it blending well with zoom. I use it daily if not more so I need something that is realible and that has support quickly if I need it.
They have also just bought That Clean Life which is software I have been using for a couple years as well.
I don't have any complaints right now as I have asked for different features and they are actually now available. The one huge feature they didn't have when I started was able to do module sections, and not they have them.
The modules and programs are now really easy to use.
I also love that That Clean Life is going to be able to be linked as one.
Forms, Messaging, Links to other platforms, Uploading documents, faxing etc . Customer support is quick and solves my concerns in a reasonale time frame. Easy to use and implement in my practice
