Integrates with MS Project, Project Online, Jira, Planner, Teams, SmartSheet, Monday. So departments keep using their work management tools but PPM Express gives stakeholders high level views and reports across all projects. You can build portfolios, make ideation available to everyone, manage resources, track time on tasks, make product roadmaps, and report on all projects, budgets, and schedules.

It does not yet have strategic decision making and modeling you would use in planning and prioritizing projects. I understand it is in the product roadmap.

Ease of integration into our preexisting environment. Required no IT support to get started on very minimal to integrate further.

The search function needs enhancing. There are workarounds, and I'm sure they'll get to improving its functionality in time.

We did not have a robust system to house project information from a portfolio perspective. We can now see the work across the organization and analyze it to make better business decisions.

PPM Express was very easy to get started with basic functionality. Having moved from a more traditional PPM application, the implementation and integration with the existing Azure DevOps boards we were using was very quick. When we changed our structures withing Azure DevOps, it was equally easy to adapt the integrations. PPM Express support was helpful and their trainers guided us along the way as needed.

The support staff is generally helpful, but there seems to be the occasional delay when an inquiry is made and further troubleshooting takes place. The support process typically requires communicating through the website chat, rather than the ability to easily open a ticket for further research.

The project budget module is evolving, but it would be helpful to associate files such as receipts, notes and records with budget line items and entries.

PPM Express gives me a platform inside of which I can custom tailor my portfolio in ways our internal legacy solution didn't support. The canned PowerBI reports have been a great help as well.

Some areas need additional filters to customize views.

I’ve already told that PPM Express is a great tool for bringing more transparency to your portfolios. The tool does a great job of integrating your project data, so I don’t need to wander around all my pm stack, including the teams.

The ability to create multiple tenants in

Our team considers PPM Express as a good and easy-to-use tool that brings real value. Thanks to the solution, it is easier to work on different projects in parallel. The visual aspects of the tool are great, easy auto-reporting as well.

Well, the in-app design could seem a bit outdated. That’s what you're used to in ADO or planner. I miss a bit the ability to create tasks in jira directly from the app. Hopefully, they'll present it soon.

If you hate switching from app to app s and don’t want to waste time on manual reporting, PPM Express will be a relieving discovery.

Es bastante intuitivo, te permite generar grandes proyectos y darles seguimiento con los miembros correspondientes.

Practicamente toda la documentación esta en ingles, lo cual no es malo, pero limita mucho para usuarios no bilingües.

Si hubiera mayor cantidad de opciones y maneras de conectar con otros servicios, seria genial.

Es ideal para que tengas el control total de tus equipos y proyectos, pero no esperes integraciones con otros servicios.

Managing all at one place. Having the power to visualize progress and updates of multiple projects in one dashboard helps in taking better decisions and makes it easy to plan for further progress. If offers great price and amazing live customer support.

Not came across any issues so far. Some may take time to get used to it other than that its great.
