Great Service!
What do you like best about PowerRouter?
The PowerRouter Team has been amazing to work with! Their support team is very hands-on and helps out with any workflow edits that are requested in a timely manner. The system as a whole has made our day-to-day lead routing processes managable.
What do you dislike about PowerRouter?
Not currently a Teams notification integration - but I'm told that may be coming soon!
What problems is PowerRouter solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of lead assignments, which saves our team a considerable amount of time they would otherwise spend manually assigning leads.

Great tool for routing leads and opportunities
What do you like best about PowerRouter?
Easy to install and configure tool. Used everyday to route leads and opportunities. Support is excellent.
What do you dislike about PowerRouter?
Needs more integrations with other tools

Salesforce does not support out of the box lead or opportunity routing using "round robin" matching

Easily meets all business needs
What do you like best about PowerRouter?
Our rules of engagement seem to be constantly changing for our team, and power router makes it easy to navigate those needs.
What do you dislike about PowerRouter?
Every once and a while a lead goes through a different route and it's not easy to determine what went wrong. Some kind of debug like there is on flows would be awesome.
What problems is PowerRouter solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really easy to visualize how leads are coming in and flowing to one rep or another. Salesforce native lead assignment isn't as user-friendly. Also, the addition of being able to match accounts/merge is amazing.

Been amazing for our business
What do you like best about PowerRouter?
I love the ability to route easily to others based on different workflows. It also does Round Robin routing which it is hard to do out of native Salesforce
What do you dislike about PowerRouter?
There is a feature that is missing that another routing solution has, but i was told they were looking into getting it. Not a big issue either way.
Recommendations to others considering PowerRouter?
I totally have recommended it to others

The lead to account matching feature has saved a ton of time for our reps! Love the product and the team!
What do you like best about PowerRouter?
Visual canvas to build the routing rules is awesome. We are able to see our entire routing flow and update it as needed. The PR team was exceptional in onboarding and worked closely with us to understand our requirements and adapt to our changing needs. We had quite a few changes as we started working with them. I also love the insights and tracking provide in the tool.
What do you dislike about PowerRouter?
Nothing much to dislike - it is simple and easy to use.
What problems is PowerRouter solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Power Router for assigning leads and accounts in a round robin manner for our teams. We segment based on lead source, geo and assign leads coming from the same company to account owners.

Excellent tool for lead routing in salesforce
What do you like best about PowerRouter?
We have been using PowerRouter for two years now, and I absolutely love how easy it is to setup and manage. Our lead routing was complex and hard to manage with multiple territories & product segments. Changing things was a nightmare. PR has made our lives much easier and provided us with the flexibility we need in changing our routing rules.
What do you dislike about PowerRouter?
Have been pretty happy with the product. one improvement would be to customize alert notifications for admins.
What problems is PowerRouter solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex lead routing setup with multiple sales territories. We are also using lead to account matching feature to understand the engagement on our accounts and assign leads to the right owners.

Amazing customer support team
What do you like best about PowerRouter?
Customer support and speediness to deliver new features. UI is very easy/clean to use. We use PowerRouter daily
What do you dislike about PowerRouter?
Opening and making changes to the PR UI seems to lag / slow to load
Recommendations to others considering PowerRouter?
Automatically assigns MQLs to sales reps in Salesforce. Speed to Lead has improved since implementing PowerRouter. We are starting to use PowerRouter to regularly assign all Leads in Salesforce to ensure reps have healthy pipelines based on Lead temperatures.
